Ian helped us out when no one else would. We had two flat tires and were trying to get back home from visiting family. It was thanksgiving weekend, pouring rain, and he even went to the junk yard for us to look for a tire. We would have been stranded if it weren’t for him. ? Thank you Ian!!

Called them up, both times they said they'd come to help. Both times they said "gimme twenty minutes". Both times no one showed up. Don't waste your time with these people.

Called twice, we made an appointment, they never showed up both times, both times the mechanic said "gimme twenty minutes", I gave them 30. Don't waste your time with these people.

I kid you not I called about 10 different mobile mechanic and not one of them called me wrenchman was the last one I was gonna call and give up..I called left a message and within two mins got a call right back from them and 10 mins after they were at my apartment and my car was fixed in no time...oh lord thank you guys so much....no more Uber or Lyft..

Had this guy come out to diagnose a vehicle.Took 3 phone calls to get him there. Said he had a pretty good idea what was up with it. I paid the diagnose fee over the phone. Then tried to call back to let him know to move forward. No answer. Finally picked up the phone then hung up when realized who I was.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I called Wrenchman and asked him to come replace some parts on my daily in my driveway. He showed up and knocked the job out in about 20 minutes. Will definitely use him again.Service: Steering & suspension repair

If there was 10 stars, they would receive it. These people are truly angels. My daughter was in an accident driving through St. Augustine. After spending 8 hours on I95 waiting for a tow truck, Tada met us at the truck stop and had her on the road in 2 hours. The radiator was busted, radiator fan busted, bent and busted up so much stuff. Others told us it was a total loss. With a family illness, we had to get her on the road. These people are truly a blessing. Very Professional, compassionate people. Even told us if we had any problems in-between the remaining 5 hours of our drive, to call him. Even did it at a very reasonable price. Thank you very much and God Bless you! Wishing many blessings your way!

The water pump in my 2013 F150 Ecoboost went out on a Friday night. I called shop after shop, trying to find someone who could fix it that weekend. I was just about to give up and resign myself to spending the majority of my Saturday doing it myself, when I stumbled upon Wrench Man on Google Maps.So I called and spoke to Ian who even offered to come and take care of it Friday night! But, it was dark, my driveway isn't well lit, so we opted to do it the following day.A little after 8:00 AM, the mechanic (who's name I cannot remember to save my life) arrived at my house. By 10:30, he was completely finished swapping the water pump, the thermostat, and refilling my coolant. This also included an impromptu trip to the bank because I'd forgotten to go the day before.The mechanic followed me to the bank, addressed a concern I had (no heat, turned out there was still air trapped in the coolant system), followed me back home so we could be certain all was well, and he was tremendously patient and polite the entire time.I'd never used a service like this before, so I was a bit nervous. But, this experience was PHENOMENAL. Wrench Man saved my weekend and saved me money!Thank you so much for the amazing service!
