I had made an appointment at this branch to do a large wire transfer needed to close on a new home. From the moment I stepped into the bank lobby, I was greeted by several employees. James Nesseler was the person I had an appointment with and he was a super-star; right on time, friendly, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. He took me through all the steps of the transaction and explained the many safeguards he took to prevent any type of fraud, which I had been warned by the title company was prevalent. Thanks to James' diligence, the transaction proceeded safely. As I exited the bank, the employees all said goodbye and wished me a good weekend. This experience was the very definition of excellent customer service.

This place truly impressed me in a positive way, they give costumer's welcome smile, treating each costumer as a valued people, offering extra help or assistance without being asked to do so. I do wish this location had ATM outside and earlier open time for assistance. Thank you.

I come to Wells Fargo a few times a week. Susan is usually always my teller. She is absolutely amazing! She always makes me feel like a valued customer. People are always quick to write a bad review because customer service is not what it should be. I assure you that if you are looking for a bank that values your membership, look no further. Thanks you, Susan for being the epitome of what customer service is!

This location is requiring masks, despite that it's now September and we're long past the point of that making sense. My recommendation is for the team there to call up the CEO and get rid of this policy. I will be closing my account as soon as I can for their complete lack of sense.

Waited 30 minutes for a notary signature in almost empty bank. Only left after a teller told us it would be an even longer wait as the banker was helping someone who was in line after us. Don't use this branch for anything other than ATM or drive-through teller. 312 or island branch For all customer service.

Told me to stay on the phone, kept me on the phone waiting for one hour while I was out of town, then gets back on phone laughing because I waited. I waited to see how long he would keep me on. All my calls are recorded,

I'm only rating the ATM at this location. I haven't been inside and I'm sure the staff are friendly and helpful. However the outside atm at this location is terrible. It hardly ever works for making deposits. This can be extremely frustrating when I need the money in my account for bills! I usually dont complain about stuff like this, but it's out of order %75 of the time I try to use it. In fact, it's broken as I write this review. Now I have to drive even further away to make a deposit at a reliable Wells Fargo branch. PLEASE UPGRADE/FIX YOUR ATM
