Enjoyed working with a tech there last year.
Not as pleasant on the phone recently, but will give them another shot.
Update:
Even worse. Rude and angry customer service. You'd think they were out digging ditches in the summer at Noon or working a maximum security prison. Other options out there, so avoid the
Ward until they improve customer service. Seeing that no improvement has happened in years, you'd be wasting your time. They apparently don't need/want your business.

Very easy to deal! I rented a cryo machine for my acl surgery and the pricing was great along with customer service! Would definitely recommend! Thank you for the help!

Wonderful staff and every equipment request was filled quickly and efficiently. As a caregiver, I've picked up many items from Ward ranging from bedside commodes to an oxygen machine and have had no problems with them submitting paperwork to my client's insurance company. Everything was quick and easy! I've used them for the past 5 years and I'm very happy their store and knowledgeable staff are here in St Augustine! : )

I was visiting St.Augustine on vacation when I was struck with debilitating back pain. I needed a wheelchair ASAP for the next 24 hours. I called a Medical Supply company who stated they could “only rent for a month for 260.00” no exceptions.
However, when I called Ward Medical Services they immediately offered wheelchair rental services and the entire process went so smoothly.
I was impressed with their excellent customer service and willingness to help a visitor who was touring your wonderful city. Thank you Ward Medical!

Grabbed wrong cord to cpap. Came down from SC. Googled store, stopped and wola got a new cord and new mask too! Very nice people that I can’t thank enough!!! Thanks so much!! Y Bell❤️

I've used Ward a couple of times now for a wheelchair rental and it has been easy, affordable, and efficient. Definitely recommend and will continue to use in the future!

Wow, the timing of the current workers leaving a review after the ex worker left a review. Lol that's so toxic of an owner to inform other employees to jump to defend, Not even the buisness, but a manager lol.Not mature at all. Bad call.I came here to check the reviews because I planned to purchase an item monday. After seeing these reviews I'll just move forward. Bullet dodged.

Was visiting St. Augustine and needed a wheelchair rental. Staff was very friendly when I called and offered to put the chair on hold for me until I could get there. Quality equipment and pricing was fair.
