They should just call this Ghettomart instead of Walmart.. People act violent inside this store and it's dangerious to shop there.. I actually drive up to St John's Walmart instead because of weird people shopping there.. Nothing against the employees but it's literally dangerious to shop at the St Augustine Walmart.

On vacation and placed a pickup order. We get it back to the condo and unloaded and half the items that I paid for are missing. We've tried calling to see if they forgot an entire cart and you can't get ahold of anyone. If they do answer they put you on hold or pick up the phone and hang up. My husband finally drove back to the store and explained that we thought they might have forgotten a cart full of things. The employee said there's no way they'd ever find it in there. So now I have to go refund all my own stuff in my order. I'll never order from this Walmart on vacation again! We'll stop somewhere else on the way.

Typically, I don’t shop at Walmart because they all seem to be disgusting and disorganized. I’d rather pay a little more to shop elsewhere; however, being unfamiliar with the area, I saw the sign and stopped in to get what I needed. I regret it. Do yourself a favor and just go to a different store.
For the poverty wages they pay, it’s not hard to imagine that the employees provide the absolute worst customer service. This location, though, has to be the bottom of the barrel. A Waffle House in any ghetto area of any city has a more competent management team than this place will ever experience. Truly, I’ve never seen a business produce a less impressive experience.

Nice Walmart, Memorial Holiday, great tank and jet fighter made out beer cases! Charley ‘s Cheesesteak and Wings Restaurant inside. Restrooms just inside front door. Many shade trees in the parking lot. Thirty three spots for pickup! Brand new electric carts. They just upgraded all their center aisle cool storage cabinets to maintain high quality products. Usual variety of products. This store is always very clean inside.

Poor management. They close one side at 9. No signs outside to let customers know. Parked on that side when we got there. Had to walk through their poorly lighted parking lot to get back to car.
I see lawsuits in their future.

RIDICULOUS!!! I JUST MADE A 30 + MINUTE LINE TO RETURN THINGS THAT I DID NOT NEED, NEVER OPENED AND RECIEPT IN HAND, I made another line to get a bag of jerky and water, just left gym so got a quick snack ?♀️, on my way out the lady that was checking RECIEPT asked for my RECIEPT WHILE ANOTHER CART PASSED RIGHT BY US FULL OF MERCHINDIZE I only had my water and and jerky!!!!!!!! IT IS 12:52 PM ON THE HOME AMD PHARMACY SIDE!!!!!! THIS IS SO UNCALLED FOR! LATELY THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME I AM A MEXICAN AMERICAN..........
