Called to have prescription filled and sent. First time was not notified the Rx was ready and it was put back Second time apparently my card didn't go thru and med didn't come for a week. When I called today to find out where my meds were they told me about the card not working....but NO ONE could tell me why they didn't notify me so I could give them a different payment. Thank God I was getting my meds filled WAY in advance and had some left to get me thru. It seems very irresponsible of pharmacy personal not to notify clients their meds aren't being sent due to payment issues. .

If there was such a thing as a negative review for this pharmacy, if not this Walmart store as a whole, I would give such a review. The reason I say this is b/c there is absolutely no customer service like we old farts remember from years ago. If you call this Walmart Pharmacy, nobody answers the phone. This is real. Most of those behind the counter, regardless of gender, are millennials. We have gotten the same excuse Everytime we have a prescription sent to this location.... You have to wait 45 m minutes, they say, until the prescription is ready. . We are ready to change locations as we do not appreciate the way this pharmacy operates., Not to mention this store being disgusting and sorry.....

They are understaffed which sometimes makes them sound like they’re doing you a favor. A few times I’ve called for a refill and they tell me it will be ready in an hour and a half, I get there and it’s not done and they tell me another 2 hours. Some techs/pharmacists keep their cool better than others.

I just came to this pharmacy for my J and J booster shot and cannot say enough about the staff, especially Lori. Despite being all alone on a busy Saturday (2 people called out), Lori was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and very pleasant and helpful - Stellar employee! The pharmacist who gave me my shot, Teresa, was also terrific - I did not have a long wait and she was very gentle with the "stick". This location is the only place in St. Augustine that we found has the J and J booster as of today, October 30, 2021. Very pleasant experience - Highly recommend!

Can't help but notice the past remarks are outdated, the current Pharmacists (Mark & Theresa) are the best that has happened to this Pharmacy, not to forget the staff! They all have great personalities, good humor under times of stress, try to get the lines moving as fast as they can, will take the time to answer questions and even direct you to the OTC items you can't find. Only able to give 5 Stars but they deserve 10 Stars!

Walmart has the best prices generally than anyone and the staff appears to be helpful but there are always one or two that should look for employment elsewhere. Those people are just unhappy anyway.The Customer Service line is always too long-they never have enough personnel to handle returns.Otherwise.....they do a good job for the most part but I personally will be looking for products MADE IN THE USA before purchasing...going forward.

Hope you are not feeling sick and in need of meds during their lunch break. The entire pharmacy staff goes on lunch break at the same time forcing them to close the pharmacy. All I needed was a box of aleve-d which you can only get behind the counter and was asked to wait or come back later when their lunch break was over.

If I could give this place a 0 star, I would. Dirty store. Employees look dirty. I've been 2x. The first time I waited nearly 15 minutes by the deli counter before someone even acknowledged me then waited longer to actually be served. Today, waited 10 and the 2 employees that were back there were having a full blown argument right in front of myself and the other customer there. Once I found al I needed-which was hard bc they're out of everything on a Monday- I went to check out. 4 out of 14 lanes open with probably THE slowest cashiers ever-20 minutes in line and only 2 people ahead of me with small orders. Thought I'd give this pl e another chance bc it's by a store I actually love but never again. I would have told a manger about this had there been one to find
