tried to drop off 10 pound package 3 1/2 feet tall at fedX at the Walgreens on A1A Anastasia Island at 9:00 am on Oct 22nd. the cashier at fedx decided she wasn't going to take it and said over 3 feet is not allowed. I told her she was mistaken. She chose not to accept it and we called fed X and verified that they do take it. we had to go to another Walgreens with the same set up just a different cashier who took it no problem. the cashier at the Walgreens on Anastasia island should be fired!!!! she was rude to everyone standing in line as well!

Incredible how many excuses/non-truths you receive from this pharmaceutical staff. Lack of transparency makes it way too difficult to collect prescriptions here.

Convenient and found an obscure cough syrup other stores didn't have. Easily accessible since on A1A. You can fill your prescriptions here too. I'd stop more often if I lived here but it's great to have a Walgreens where ever I travel because they're predictable.

Pharmacy is the worst. 6 people behind counter and no one acknowledges customers. Waited 40 min for a vaccine so I was able to witness this first-hand. Also walked out with no vaccine, didn't seem to care when I told them I had some other place to be.

If I could lower I would. This is the worst Walgreens anywhere. I do not understand how the company allows it to continue to operate this way. It just took forever to get the pharmacist to even answer the phone to discuss an error that was caused by Walgreens

If you need a covid booster or flu shot don't bother with this location. They cancelled one of our appointments and then said they don't have time to do it. I waited 45 minutes for my appt 30 of which no one was called in for shots. When I finally received my shots I told the pharmacist that they could have easily fit in the cancelled flu shot. The pharmacist was nice enough to say ok we can do it. I will meet you at the window. I call my husband in and said they are going to give it to you but then the assistant says we can give it to you but you will have to wait another hour to fit you in. If they would have done the right thing to begin with it wouldn't have been an issue. There was no one scheduled after me for 30 minutes! I will go back to cvs even though I have been with this Walgreens for years.

Pharmacy is great. Wonderful efficient people. The app stinks.I ordered something. Applied the coupons . They didn’t have the item . Wouldn’t let me apply the same coupon to the other size. Even though it was available originally .

I just went through the drive through to get a COVID test that I had scheduled. The lady came and I told her and she said all appointments for today were cancelled and that I should have received an email. 1. I had no email saying it was cancelled. 2. She was irritated while telling me all this. I didn't even get upset or anything. I asked how do I reschedule and she goes, "Go back online!" Goodness. I'm getting tested because I'm having symptoms. I don't need to be yelled at by the pharmacy tech.

Just went through the drive thru and was told to go to a different Walgreens several miles away because they did not have the prescription that I needed to get filled. Apparently they didn't carry this particular drug. However she was not helpful at all did not even offer to call to the other Walgreens to see if they had what I need. This is after telling her that my husband and I both have Covid so clearly she just was not in the mood to help at all. I have a feeling she just didn't want to also have to walk and grab the Mucinex off the shelf but I was requesting because I can't go into the store obviously.

This is this most horrible pharmacy I have ever gone to. They treat you like you are less than human there. I waited in line through the drive through for over 30 minutes to pick up my prescriptions only to find out that one of them hadn't been filled for 90 days but for only a month supply. I would be okay with that if it wasn't my inhalers which I need to be able to breathe! Especially with COVID going on. Instead of easily fixing their mistake and grabbing two more inhalers off the shelf/reprinting a label, they proceeded to yell at me to "GET OUT OF THE DRIVE THRU!!!" and berate me as I was waiting for my prescription. I have NEVER been treated so disgustingly! I don't know how they are still in business treating people that way. They should be a shamed of themselves. Truly horrendous rude evil people. Do yourself a favor and please don't ever go to this Pharmacy.

Would be "nice" if cashier wore a face mask and didn't chit-chat so much. Bought some stuff this morning, manager helped me and was wearing a face mask over his nose and mouth; when I went to check out, Rita was not working and the lady behind the plastic screen had her mask over her mouth but not over her nose. Let's hope they start to stock rubbing alcohol and toilet paper Price's get more reasonable.

The pharmacy here does not treat people like human beings. If anything at all goes wrong they drop the responsibilities on the customer and leave them without meds no matter how important or necessary they may be. They just dont care at all

Went to drop off prescription asked if I could park under cover unless someone came up behind me and that little moody girl rolled her eyes at me like I was stupid. I called her out on it and politely asked for my script back and told her she needs to change her little pissy attitude. How rude especially since I'm a nice person!! Going to CVS from now on

Convenient pharmacy on A1A. This Walgreens had the primary item I needed and as a bonus, stocked something I'd been trying to get my hands upon for a long while. Yes! I thought I was getting a good deal on postcards but then I found more at other stores for a similar price and a with a wider selection. Oh well. The woman at the register had such a deadpan demeanor accompanied by the driest sense of humor. She was a trip.
