Went in for an estimate on my vehicle and they made a big deal that I wasn’t having them submit it through insurance and wouldn’t give me an estimate. Well over 7,000 in repairs you just lost out on.

the best experience ive ever had at a body shop ,you are always kept in the loop on progress you never have to guess or call to know when youre vehichle will be done,very professional staff i cant say enough good things they go above and beyond for there customers if you need body work or paint look no futher

I just wanted some information about an estimate and the "receptionist " was very unprofessional, and asked me three times why I was calling. After telling me she didn't know very much about what I was talking about, or what I was referring to, she asked to put me on hold, she sounded like she was 13 years old. The next person to answer was short and condescending while speaking with me and also very sarcastic and rude. I was really disappointed since I didn't even get to bring in my automobile to get looked at. This is really unfortunate. I'm not sure how they keep a business with such unprofessional and rude interactions. Will not refer! Customer experience -10!!!!!!!

I read the reviews and was convinced my classic was in good hands after a small accident....16k later I have 4 major issues with paint and body that has me getting the car ready to sell. Missing emblems, how do you not put on emblems? I called to have the emblems mailed to me....nothing. Big divots under vinyl graphics, vinyl applied over chips( done by another shop for FX).rear filler panel fitment reminds me of a rappers pants at his knees.i made this clear clear clear when I brought it up 2 times before I picked the car up. When I saw this after I was told the car was done, I knew I was screwed. My car had wonderful lines, it was one of the great selling points when I bought the car. I'm ashamed these lines were messed up under my ownership.I'm glad most of you had positive service provided, I'm ,sadly, NOT! FX got paid big boy money but did not deliver for me.I had an Aftermarket hood painted and fitted at this time and I'm very happy with that part of the job. Paint was excellent, fitment was right on. I'm picky about gaps.Services: Painting

I had seen this shop being recommended via social media as I had been seeking to get my car painted with my immediate concern definitely being the hood so called and was told to send email with pictures. After calling around to a few other places and determining my end goal - I decided to just have the entire car painted as I would end up with a prolonged process to get the paint on this car to my liking. I had performed personal research and gathered an understanding that the cost associated with this would not being cheap - which was fine since my ultimate goal is to get this vehicle show ready. Decided to stop by to start the official quote process. Was greeted by one lady, she consulted with another lady after looking at my car from her chair. The second lady mentioned that I had only called about the hood, I briefly explained that I decided to do the entire car. I wasn’t given any consultation what so ever, instead the second lady just advised of the price that they had charged to do a Regal recently and how long it takes to write up an estimate. She explained that they remove parts, not tape them off, to which I advised that that’s what I prefer but she referenced the cost of the Regal again and mentioned that it takes awhile to get an estimate and that the full car may not be within my budget. I decided to take my business elsewhere, not because of cost but solely because of the lack of consultation and customer service to determine my needs / wants / end goal or even what my budget is. I would provide 1 star for my experience (which was similar to another review left a review approx 2 mos prior) but providing 3 stars to be fair to the business owner since I can’t rate their quality of work myself - there are great reviews with pics of finished vehicles and the vehicles on the lot looked great.

Perfection, Trust, Honesty, Quality, Price, and Friendly staff with awesome customer service are all key qualities of a great business, and Visual Fx does not disappoint! From the first phone call to the end results all of these qualities were met for me. My car looks fantastic! I would highly recommend Visual Fx to all.

My husband stopped by this business to inquire about a paint job for his vehicle. He had repeatedly seen their work displayed out front and was impressed. He has worked on cars and has been an airplane maintenance officer, so he understands how involved painting a vehicle can be. The lady working behind the counter, who seemed annoyed to have to speak to him, stated he would have to make an appointment for an estimate. He said there were no other customers in the store or the lot, and when he had walked in, three employees were chatting amicably. Her attitude was dismissive towards him. He pointed to his car in the parking lot and stated, "I am here now. Could we just look at it now?" She leaned past him, glanced at the car, and then gave him an overly inflated price, saying they used "special" paint to justify the high price. She then handed him a business card and told him to make an appointment. He felt as though she couldn't be bothered by his request. The quality of the work won't make up for how he was treated, and they lost a customer. He was really sad not to be able to support a local business.
