  Vince has helped my family and friends at least half a dozen times in the last two years. We highly recommend him, as he is extremely helpful, energetic, patient, tireless, trustworthy, and very knowledgeable about the real estate market. I can’t say enough!   Vince was able to find us the perfect home to lease. Moving from Ohio, we needed to totally depend on Vince's judgement and taste. Not sure if anyone else could have selected anything better. We will definitely go to him when we are ready to buy.

  Vince is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market in St Augustine. He helped us find the right property when we moved to St Augustine several years ago that was convenient to I95 for our commute to Jacksonville. He also recently marketed our rental property and we got an offer the first day!
