I recently had a NIGHTMARE BILLING issue, actually this was the 2nd time. I had been dealing w/ Verizon customer service this morning regarding a refund they owed me for a phone they charged me for, because the warehouse FAILED to log it in, so I was charged the difference. FYI KEEP YOUR UPS SHIPPING RECEIPTS. The customer service rep HUNG UP on me when I refused to wait for a refund check to be mailed to me instead of refunding it back to my credit card which is how they charged me in the first place. Last week they said it would be refunded the same way it was charged however, when I checked this morning my account had a $488.40 credit. I don’t want a credit on my account I want the money refunded to my credit card. I immediately went up to the Murabella Verizon store and was greeted by a very helpful young man, JAYSON CLARK. He listened to everything I had to say, took notes before he called customer service for me. He apologized immensely even though it was not his fault. We stared on the phone for almost an hour and a half being transferred numerous times and poor Jayson had to repeat the issue EACH AND EVERY TIME to a new rep. Finally after the third transfer to a SUPERVISOR of financial services my refund was issued back to my credit card. KUDDOS to Jayson for his patience’s, he truly went ABOVE & BEYOND today and I am so THANKFUL. There are not many people today that would help me the way Jayson did. He is an asset to the Murabella Verizon store.

GM Chris set us up with new phones. Numbers needed to be ported in. I didnt get my number transfered to verizon for 3 days. GM left me to call and troubleshoot with verizon for days. GM Chris also claimed we would get $1200 for trade in value on our 2 Iphones. We ended up getting $230 trade in. Please see attached pictures. Do not recommend.
