This 1 rating is only because the manager was so rude and very condescending. Absolutely no customer service skills. The staff was extremely pleasant . Tylief ***** rating was so nice and extremely helpful and pleasant. Tylief should be the manager. He has managerial skills.

Would not recommend this Verizon office. Not very helpful staff! The store gave us a phone that must have been a "lemon". It does not recognize other iPhones.

I just left this store and will never return! The General Manager Chad was beyond rude! We have 6 lines with Verizon and have been coustemers for over 30 years. After reading some other reviews it seems that Chad has been rude for a very long time. The only reason we are still with Verizon was the coustemer service rep Mary. She completely fixed our problem! Chad needs to look at a different line of work and Verizon definitely needs to take notice of their problem in St Augustine .

Whatever you are experiencing, Chad and his team will help you!! He is the manager at the Verizon store in Saint Augustine, located on Old Moultrie Road at 312. I experienced a very frustrating disconnection of my service (which was not my fault, nor was it Verizon's fault, yet it was absolutely horrible). I spent hours on the phone with customer service, I could not remember a PIN number, nor receive the texts to allow them account access. Completely discouraged I finally went to this store last night at 6pm; and Chad, and another incredibly helpful and kind employee named Char, stayed way past closing time to try to help me. The most amazing part is that I am ashamed to say that I was not very kind to them upon my arrival due to my frustration. This did not deter them from going out of their way to help me while remaining kind and professional. Although it could not be resolved last night, he assured me that he would do all he could to fix it today. I planned to return this afternoon. Before I could return, I received a call from Chad- he had resolved my issue by relentlessly pursuing it. I could not be more grateful. Another member of his team, Seth, helped my father with a difficult issue a few days before mine and he was also amazing. Go see them, they will help!

I've had to go back to this store and call customer service numerous times because they didn't set up things like voice mail properly, although I was charged $35 for activation and set up. On a return visit I sat there with a rep and set up autopay, but Verizon didn't give me the discount because the rep failed to tell me I needed to also have email billing. They didn't get the veteran discount put on. These incompetent clowns have cost me $20 in lost discounts so far, plus thetime and aggravation. Also, although I repeatedly asked what my total monthly bill would be, they failed to disclose another $9.81 per month in surcharges, above the service, insurance, and taxes. I also paid $39 in tax for the "free" phone. I'd had such a great experience with Metro that I wasn't on guard against money-grubbing and dishonest verizon. (Only switched because I need international access for travel.) This is my worst experience ever with a phone company, and I'm sorry I ever went to verizon!

Never will I ever visit this store again. I went to get my new phone activated and have my information transferred. I also wanted to buy a Screen protector and a phone case and some ear pods. They wanted to charge $30.00 to transfer the data to my new phone. I told them I would not accept that option. Everything went down hill from there. I told them I used to work for Verizon Tech support and I didn't need them to do that for $30.00. I was hoping they would just do it while we shopped for accessories as a convenience. . The manager was belligerent, Obnoxious and kept speaking over me. Nothing but lies came out of his mouth. We had to leave quickly. Customer service at this store is Horrible. Save yourself and go anywhere else

Terrible terrible customer servies.
They let’s customer wait and when their turn up they walk to the new wall in and spend time 15-20 min talk before sign up for customer
Then come back and call the next waiting in line.
Manager Tom is better to go learn how manage his crew.
They can solve problem fast and easy but their attitude is like they not happy that they have to work.. Stay home don’t work then.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! Bait and Switch - manager and sales guy made one deal and my bill said another. When I went to the store to complain, they said they couldn't change it. They refused to let me speak to the original representative, instead insisting that I wasn't telling the truth. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE AND EXPECT TO NOT GET SCAMMED - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
