Travers worked with me and my mother, taking the time to explain how certain features of the iPhone worked. He was respectful after having to show us a third time. Travers was very knowledgeable. We left Verizon happy with the learned information and being customers of Verizon.

Visiting from out of town, had broken phone case and stopped in to get a new one (after having no luck at another store).. ERIC WOLFF not only found one that would fit my ‘older’ phone but had multiple choices that would work. After talking with him and commenting about strange new issues I was having it was apparent to me that my iPhone 13 was on its way out. Eric pulled up my account and got me a new iPhone 15 ProMax for $20+ less/month and I now have a phone with clear advantages over the old one. As someone who grew up with landlines only I felt no pressure at all, just clearly stated demonstrations and options which was very helpful and appreciated.. Thank you , Eric, for making it all so easy. (My husband said “So, did you get a new case?” “Yup, and it came with a brand new phone!”) Thanks again, Eric.

Last Friday I had the pleasure of picking up my phone from a gentleman Taylor Ingram. We had been working with me for a month or so picking out my phone. He even travelled from Jacksonville to St. Augustine to help me finalize my purchase. 10/10 customer experience, applied my liquid glass on my phone even went the extra mile putting it on my camera. Definitely makes me happy to be with Verizon.

The store on A1A is a franchise. I was billed $688.04 for a phone I returned yet they say they didn't send the phone to Cerizon in fort worth texas until last Wednesday. There are a whole lot of sales reps there &you neverknow who your going to get.. It's been 10 days since the money was deducted from my account and it still hasn't been returned.

My wife's phone wasn't working properly & 2 gentleman at the Verizon store on A1A told us it not workable & we would have to buy a new one. Not pleased with the costs quoted, we returned few days later & met Eric. Wow, what a great professional salesman. He fixed the phone in minutes and said he would not have felt right trying to sell us a phone we didn't need. We are 80 year old seniors & cannot keep up with the technology.If you are on the Verizon network and are seeking advice, see Eric. Tell him Bill sent you.PS: ERIC didn't charge us a dime

Joe is The Man! My family and I have been customers of Verizon for over 18 years and this is hands down the best customer service we’ve ever had. As we walked up the door Joe was there to open the door and greet us with a big smile up upon our arrival. As we sat down he offered us waters and made us feel super comfortable. I felt like I was checking in the Ritz Carlton not a Verizon Store with the level of customer service I was receiving. This store has top tier talent. Took care of all need! Thanks again Joe!
