It was a good experience to get back because of the service, it was very good. I had left around 2 or 3 years ago. I was very happy to come back they always gave me a great service. They always were good to me. I am not changing again.

This 1 rating is only because the manager was so rude and very condescending. Absolutely no customer service skills. The staff was extremely pleasant . Tylief ***** rating was so nice and extremely helpful and pleasant. Tylief should be the manager. He has managerial skills.

Would not recommend this Verizon office. Not very helpful staff! The store gave us a phone that must have been a "lemon". It does not recognize other iPhones.

I just left this store and will never return! The General Manager Chad was beyond rude! We have 6 lines with Verizon and have been coustemers for over 30 years. After reading some other reviews it seems that Chad has been rude for a very long time. The only reason we are still with Verizon was the coustemer service rep Mary. She completely fixed our problem! Chad needs to look at a different line of work and Verizon definitely needs to take notice of their problem in St Augustine .

When I went they only had one customer ahead of me so the wait wasn't bad. Ask for Andre when you go. He is very nice.

Miguel is amazing! My phone wasn't working for a week. It was so stressful and caused me so many problems. I came here, and Miguel fixed it in 3 minutes! He knows his stuff. I couldn't have asked for a better worker. If you need help at Verizon, ask for Miguel. He is friendly, pleasant, helpful, and smart. The ideal person at Verizon to help you! Couldn't ask for better.

If you want no help come here. If you want to be rushed out come here. They really are hiring the bottom of the barrel employees these days. Worst experience I've had in 10 years of being w Verizon.
