Love this store! It’s not in a busy shopping center, usually no wait! Opens early 8 AM and stays open late 6:30 PM. Today I stopped by on the way home from Vilano Beach at 8:10 AM with an Amazon return. I have a small business and an eBay store and stop here often. Quick and easy, that’s important to me. Plenty of free parking! Thank you!

We had an unexpectedly poor experience last time due to a rude, and condescending employee. We're not ones to complain, but after two days it has festered in my mind, and I'm upset. I choose to go to UPS over USPS due to the friendly people who normally work there, and happily pay a little more just for that. The person they have working there now was insulting and unprofessional, leaving a bad taste in my and my husband's mouth. A word of advice, be nice. You never know who is on the other side of the counter, and likewise coming into your store. You don't know if their mother just died, or cousin just comited suicide and is likely to explode over a small thing. Condescension is unnecessary, especially when a customer is only asking a question. There's no need for a hostile attitude, or to even get defensive over a simple question. Do better.

I give 5 stars for the perfect customer service and clean store. The prices are almost double than shipping something flat rate at the post office.

The employees at this location are fantastic..excellent customer service.. I drive out of my way just because of their customer service.. when I'm in there I feel like I'm in a Time Warp back in 1975 when people actually cared about their jobs.

I’ve been here countless amounts of times and have sent packages sent the smallest to probably the heaviest packages they’ve had to handle. I’ve also printed many things. Always have been friendly and very helpful. Never had an issue. 5 stars for me!

Disappointed that Madison did NOT notarize my forms correctly even after I pointed out that she had clearly missed a step. She insisted that that part wasn't necessary for her to fill out, which has now caused my form not being accepted. She didn't even glance at the 2 additional forms of identity that I provided, which was the whole point of the forms. Please be more attentive in the future, especially since we pay a fee and take time out of our day to get this done. I went to a different location to get it redone so that I wouldn't feel so dismissed and rushed.
