Awful service. The lady that works there is horribly rude. No class, no manner, no education. She is terrible. Reminded me my time when I lived in New York. Horrible people. Id rather drive 4 miles and go to another ups store where the service is better and the workers friendly. .

Bindu was so polite and helpful. I had 2 Amazon returns and was clueless as to how to proceed. She did it all in less than 3 minutes. Done! This is the closest UPS Store to my house, but it was well worth the
30 minute drive.

Come here a lot for amazon returns. Never had any issues. The woman usually working is very friendly. Bit pricey to ship things, but you honestly expect that.

Anything to make a buck. I have gone to many ups stores and they always tape my boxes when they are open. I went to return something for Amazon, which was customer packed and the gentleman there was like $2, just to tape the top of the box. Thank God I had my tape in the back of my car. Not coming back here for sure.
