Ken always greets me and every person that walks thru the door likes he’s known them forever. I just moved to the beach and I feel like Norm from cheers when I walk in there. They are all really nice but I say Ken for president 2024. My day is instantly better when I leave there. From a UPS store! Who knew.

Ian was great! He was smiling and very polite. We had to ship some items that were fragile. He packaged them up great! They arrived in MI fully intact and not broken. Thank you!

At the beach, needed to get a document printed so I could sign and then scanned back to me. DONE! Not only was it easy, the customer service was * over the top *. My experience here should serve as an example to others retail owners/managers.

I recently attempted to ship a ream or bundle of flat boxes. Ken the owner made me feel like I was a fool. He actually laughed at me. I left his store & went to actual UPS...not a UPS store. They were glad to help me and ship my package. Probably for half the cost.

So I have been using this UPS store for the last two to three years and I have never ever in my life met people so genuinely kind, uplifting and courteous. I was so overwhelmed with their friendly and cheerful attitudes that I just like going in there when I feel down just to feel better. Ken, George, Cindy and all the rest that work. There are the most wonderful people in the business world I have ever met ? Ken especially always greets me with a smile and the most positive attitude... I brought them a small cheese plate one day just because I had so much gratitude in my heart. I just wanted to say thank you in some small way. Truly they are the best. God bless you all ?

This location has the rudest customer service i've evr encountered at a UPS Store!! They should have their franchise license revoked - I will also be contacting UPS to file a formal complaint.Don't use this location if at all possible. Unless you want to allow them to continue to treat the local community poorly.
