“From the moment I pulled up I was impressed with everything. The parking lot, the exterior - immaculate. Once inside, the shop is neat clean orderly and easy to move around. The Manager greeted me and took great care of me. Everything was simple and smooth ad clear. The truck ran perfectly and was clean and easy to use. The AC was nice and cold! The most perfect moving day experience I've had! Will definately come back! Oh - and the location, besides being close to what I need, is also a few minutes from the city dump - and who doesn't have stuff to dump on moving days?!?!?”

“The Devon manager was very prompt in leasing the truck to me when I arrived. She gave me a fairly new very nice 15 ft. It was the best for a journey with gusty winds and rain. The truck drove well and had good wiper blades and washer fluid. The milage was charged correctly on return. Thank you!”

“I needed a propane tank refilled. Someone greeted me as I got out of my truck, filled my tank promptly, and charged me only for what was put in the tank. So many places have a flat fee of like $20 whether you get 1 gallon or 4.”
“Polite and knowledgeable associate in the store, van was clean, overall good experience. However, hidden fees such as the ‘required’ $11 coverage on the van should be clearly explained either in store /before/ getting the vehicle OR online when making the reservation. I selected no coverage, immediately reimburse u-haul when making my reservation online. It wasn’t until I was in the middle of my short in town move that I saw the $11 charge on my paper. It wasn’t explained beforehand that it was required therefore time was wasted trying to figure that out. I’m sure others would prefer this to be clearly stated as well, nobody likes surprises on a bill or hidden fees/charges whether is be $11 or $100. Principle is the same. I will rent from this location again should we need services in St Augustine.”
