“Update: Old Town Trolley reached out and 100% corrected the issue no questions ask. I was not asking to change my review however felt their actions merited it. Only reason for 4/5 and not 5/5 is the fact that this guide should never have been released to give tours on her own.
Tour guide Summer was obnoxious way too much commentary, offensive jokes and far too over the top. Tour might be okay with another guide but avoid Summer.”

“Chip is AWESOME!! He 'came to my rescue' at St Augustine Distillery as I shopped too much and couldn't walk all my treasures back to my hotel. Along the way he shared tidbits of St A history with me as we passed by places of significance. Highly recommend!!”

“These people are the best! They have pick-up and drop-off for shows at the Amphitheater down to a science. We were never late for the shows and they made it very clear where they would pick us up. When everybody else was struggling to find a ride after the show, our Captain Dewey was right there to scoop us up! 10 out of 10, highly recommend and would use them again!”
