I was told that the truck would call my home 30 minutes before arrival time. I receive no call whatsoever. As the gentleman walked up to my garage he immediately started telling me why they could not take my table. I did not understand what he said, I’m sure because of the mask that was on his face. I asked him again why he couldn’t take it, he looked at me and said “I just told you”. I was taken back to his response, I am not sure why you would have somebody working in this position that talks to people like that. I thought I was donating my furniture to a good cause, but I am very disappointed in the service I was given.
