I went into this store because they were advertising buy 1, get 1 half off. I read the disclaimer and chose 2 water bottles and then 2 tumblers. After purchase, I realized I was charged full price for water bottles. Employee (annoyed I was even talking to her) stated that the sale only applied to lesser value items. I pointed out that it does not state that on disclaimer. She then said that ALL merchandise are considered tumblers. This was and is deceptive and bait advertisement. I should have just returned the water bottles then purchased them seperately or the store could have discounted $19.99 on a water bottle as was advertised. If the same sign is above several displays, without clear disclaimers, the consumer then assumes items in that display are subject to the sale, not just for the cheapest pair. Ive contacted Tervis customer service 3 times without any response. Just another example of corporate greed at the expense of the consumer.

Great selection and friendly, knowledgeable people. Stopped in a few months ago and was very impressed with this store. Interior and exterior of store was spotlessly clean. Sabrina was extremely well versed in all things Tervis. They even comped me a newer design lid when I mentioned that I was less than satisfied with the lid originally furnished with my 20 oz. Stainless steel tumbler.

Ever felt defeated? This Tervis location (The only one remotely close to Jacksonville) has hours of operation listed online as follows: Sunday: 11am-6pm Monday-Saturday: 10am-9pm Anyways, got off work at 5:30pm and literally drove *50 minutes* in attempt to get 2 Tervis cups for a last minute Christmas gift. Come to find out that when you show up to the location, a sign on their door notifies you otherwise: Sunday-Thursday: 11am-6pm Friday & Saturday: 11am-8pm From a customer service standpoint this needs to be updated ESPECIALLY around the holiday season. I'm curious as to how many people have previously done this. Thanks for stopping by!

Large selection of cups and tumblers with sport teams to star wars and Harry Potter stuff. Staff is quick and store is very clean and neat. Products are easy to find.
