I have called Guest Services today eight times. Phone will ring approximately 1 1/2 minutes and then cut off automatically.Sad customer service in my opinion.

Shout out to Cooper for helping me find the correct pods for my nespresso machine. Thanks to you after months of not drinking coffee from the nespresso machine I was able to use my new coffee maker for the first time tonight. You were so accommodating and went above and beyond to help out! The guy needs a raise!

Our St. Augustine Target has really embraced curb-side pick-up, and they do it very well! It's nice to have the option to order Starbucks and have it delivered with my order. My orders are accurate over 90% of the time, and they have built a large covered area for curb-side pick up that allows us and the employees some shelter on stormy days. I just wish they'd had to foresight to install solar panels while they were at it.

Starbucks baristas at Target were awful. They messed up with my order twice and took me for long time to wait twenty minutes. Every time, I come and they messed up. Baristas were talking each other and wasting my time. They were very slow. Well great. I hope the manager will work on it.

This particular location is lacking in many of the items that are offered “near by” at other locations, particularly the grocery section… 50% of the items I look for that are sold at target are not sold at this location. Saint Augustine isn’t Jacksonville but it’s a major city! We have 1 Target here, Jax has several so why are these items offered at all of those but not our 1 store? I don’t go to the other location to get the items- I go to another retailer that’s closer by. I love that target offers free curbside pick up and that their prices are more comparable to Walmart now for the most part but please make your items available at all of your locations in big cities

I got help when I needed it, and there were more choices than I expected for the main item I wanted. A usual great variety of products and good prices. Target is a main go-to store for me whether I shop for myself or for wedding and other gifts. I do shop online, but I prefer to shop in-store so I can directly evaluate colors, textures, etc. The associates who've helped me or simply greeted me have always been very nice.

Store was clean, well organized and items easy to find as they usually are in Target. The disappointment is having to wait in long slow lines to be checked out because there were only two cashiers working between five and seven. The store had more self checkout lanes than they had cashiers. What happened to friendly customer service as you leave the store. We pay ridiculously high prices for items today and are now expected to work before we leave the store. Does the store care about their customers or just saving a buck by hiring fewer people and having the customer work for free. Can we go back to exceptional customer service please?!

Not the best customer service !Yesterday I emptied my cart and waited for the lady before me and the cashier Chris to be done . They started having issues with a coupon which was fine . While the cashier tried to figure it out they had a side conversation which was also okay . When they finished a few minutes later The customer apologized but Chris did not even acknowledge my presence or say sorry for the delay she said NOTHING TO ME ( mind you I was standing there for a few minutes watching then figure out the issue ). After I tried to start a conversation got a one word answer and decided it was pointless . Then during checkout apparently because I spent a lot on tech I received a $5 gift card . Which she didn’t even explain . I just saw her writing 5 on a red card during checkout then gave it to me no words I had to read the receipt . All in all she was horrible and yes I got a picture of her because she needs to go through training on how to interact with customers
