We stopped at Costco to look into purchasing cell phones for our family. The contract Verizon offered didn’t work for us and the customer service left much to be desired. We drove over to the T-Mobile store and were helped by Patricia and Yav who worked diligently to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. They’re customer service was top-notch. We’re so glad we went with the latter….five out of five stars.

Had a fabulous experience here! Staff is extremely knowledgeable, eager to help and solve your problems. I wish all stores had more employees like this T-Mobile location does!

It is such a relief to find a phone store near home with actual humans that are friendly and helpful (a special shout out to Yav!). We were sick of dealing with the labyrinth / behemoth that is ATT and the robots (poorly) running Xfinity. Because of this location, we switched to T-Mobile wireless and internet.

Amazing experience with the Assistant Manager Brad and Sales Rep Adrian! I had a lot of billing questions after setting up my account at a different location so I turned to these guys for help. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. 10/10 recommend this location!

This store showed horrible customer service to my mother today. Would not even attempt to assist her with phone not working stating she was not authorized user.

Incompetence and lies...causing me multiple trips back in and calls to the customer service line. Will screw you on bill, add things you don't need, and lie about device payoffs. So long story short, still slightly better than AT&T. Good luck no good options out there.

I was in this store to get the 5g home internet.The staff were helpful and efficient. They set my system up for me, so my system was ready when I got home. all I needed to do was plug it in.

Unfortunately, after the sale was made the customer service stopped. Being a brand new customer, there was an issue with what was promised for a promo and what was billed. After several conversations with the manager Pierre that he would fix it, it never happened. Then after my sixth attempt to reach him without success I called corporate to report it. They apologized for the unprofessional behavior from the manager and him not following through. They took care of it within minutes and said they would reach out to the store being they never returned my calls. Will never use this store again for any of my T-Mobile needs. Be on your guard if your considering switching providers with this store!

Worst experience dealing with this store. Misinformation on promotions led to me stuck in a device contract for 2 years or else I would have to pay $1600 for the two phones. Both the sales representative and manager confirmed multiple times that my plan was qualified. Insurance totaling $50 per month was added for all my devices and I was charged a mid cycle charge of $70. All of this was done without my knowledge. After speaking with T-Mobile corporate on three different occasions they said I do not qualify for the promotion and said they would honor it though since I was misinformed at the store. After speaking with a representative today, they said there is no way for them to honor the promotion manually. I rarely write reviews, but people should be aware that this is a retail store, not T-Mobile. T-Mobile does not stand by their loyal customers even if an authorized retailer is operating unethically and not in the best interest of their customer.
