I had an excellent experience yesterday with Audra. She answered all my questions and concerns I had. She was very understanding and knowledgeable about my situation. Her personality was over the top!! I felt Audra went over and beyond to make my experience a very pleasurable one. Thank you again Audra!!! I will definitely be back!!!!

Their tech expert Eric took care of all my questions and needs. He was patient and very knowledgeable and knew all the details i needed off the top of his head. The other employees there were also very attentive and accommodating. Overall a great experience. Thanks guys!

EDIT: store owner responded and asked me to email him. I did, and got no response. What a disappointment and complete waste of time.Came here for help after I bought a brand new S24+ and had no service. Phone reps couldn't figure out how to help me, so I thought the store would be the best route to go. CJ, the store manager, acted like she was going to help me. I spent an hour and a half there, mostly standing around while she helped other customers. She lied to me several times. She said the IMEI was locked because I didn't sign for the UPS package, the driver left it at my door. (??) Then she said she would order a new phone and I could come back when it arrived and exchange. Then sent me on my way. The next day she emailed me and said she couldn't help me, to call customer service (!!??) Even though I'd already told her I had spent hours on the phone already, they couldn't help me, and suggested I visit the physical store!!I've now been without phone service for 1.5 weeks. I have a job, a husband, and 4 kids that need to be able to reach me. This is unacceptable. I have been a customer for almost 20 years. I have 5 lines with Tmobile, and spend over $300/ month!This is just crazy, and horrible customer service. I'm getting desperate and very upset.CJ needs to be trained on how to do her job. I can't believe she is the manager.Horrible experience.

Terrible employees and customer service at the cobblestone location in st Augustine, after several negative experiences there I would never recommend t-mobile, never had a problem before with any carrier until I switched to t mobile and went into that store

Went in on Wednesday worked with Audra she is truly an expert. She was amazing got me and my son taken care of. The store was very busy and yet she still took care of us and got us what we needed.

The young girl I saw her tonight clearly hates her job and doesn't want to work there or help anyone, claiming she can't help, that I'd have to call customer service, after stating I was sent to the store by them

The associates Audra W and Chloe Freeman were amazing and very knowledgeable. We never felt rushed and they answered all of our questions and moved us from AT&T and set our new phones and Apple Watches up. They were fun and engaging! Highly recommend the SR 312 St. Augustine FL T-Mobile corp store.

I was greatly impressed by the service I received from Ahmad, Audra, and Chloe. They helped me get a new watch when I broke my last one. I was pressed for time as I had to be to work and I was in and out. I am a customer for life thanks to them.

My phone lost its ESIM and I was dead in the water. My wife and I went in and a lady (cannot remember her name) she is a manager got my phone back up and running in less than 5 minutes!!! Great customer service!!!!

Beware of advertised pricing. A mailer advertised price of $27.50/line for unlimited talk, text and data turned into $50 at the store. Bait and switch.

It was time... the time my man dreaded. Making the switch from his battered, beloved iPhone SE with its well worn touch id button to facial recognition and 5G service. I waited until the last possible minute after auto-locking the car doors to tell him our journey to the T-Mobile store at Cobblestone Village was in motion. I had pre-gamed this visit days earlier, calling T-Mobile Customer Service and having my plan of attack detailed on my account. I knew time was of the essence as his patience and tolerance for such changes would be limited. Erik was in the process of unlocking the door with a friendly wave as we approached to begin the transformation process. Erik, an enthusiastic associate was up for the challenge. I was happy to see my prior customer service conversation was mapped giving Erik a head start to the process. He chose a protective Otter box case and a Zagg screen protector from the accessory wall as Erik deftly transitioned the service between the devices, working diligently to ensure there would be the least amount of delay. Erik's manager Audra calmly and methodically handled the amassing crowd of people who began to stream into the store as the hour progressed. Erik and Audra maintained their composure and friendly, upbeat attitudes despite the throngs of customers who patiently waited. Its obvious that having another set of hands would have helped Audra immensely. He sat nervously, tapping his foot, knowing that the true test would be the confirmation that his data was transferred without incident. The missing button would be his nemesis as he moved slowly through his apps...checking. Erik had quickly transferred my line to a new Galaxy 23 without blinking an eye, leaving us seated at a task table to confirm that the transaction would be complete and soon wiping the old equipment would be his last task. While we worked, Erik and Audra wrangled the queue of customers all the while keeping a watchful eye and answering my brother's occasional question. Time passed. The crowd continued to grow and the store bustled. While we worked, we marveled at Audra and Erik's easy, graceful attention to everyone in the store. Within a span of two hours, all access and apps were checked to satisfaction and we were away; transaction complete. As the car door closed, he proclaimed, "That was the most pleasurable and professional trip to a cellphone store I have ever experienced. Those two really knew their stuff. They were amazing." I concur. Thank you to Audra and Erik for their professionalism and attention to detail. We couldn't have done it without you!
