We were greeted upon entering the store even though there were several shoppers already there. Both employees were helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the products. We were happy with the Oakley sale and purchased a pair of glasses for my hubby.

The manager was extremely helpful and very nice. She went over and above helping us to customize glasses that we liked. My husband and I found the perfect pair of sunglasses for both of us thanks to her help. Everything was very well sanitized after trying on sunglasses. We will definitely be back for future purchases!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Helped find the perfect pair of sunglasses and never blinked an eye at all the glasses we were trying on, leaving for them to clean.

This place is a disgrace. They sold me scratched glasses so I returned them. Since I didn’t live in Florida and I paid with a card “they would have to send me a check through mail”. It’s been 6 weeks and 6 calls later and I have not received a dime of the $180 that they owe me. They have not shown an ounce of effort to resolve this and reimburse my money! Never will I buy from a Sunglass Hut again!!!UPDATE 11/9/21. Sunglass hut has still yet to send me my refund I will be be contacting Better Business Bureau to file a lawsuit since they want to keep peoples money!
