I had the worst costumer service ever here! For someone like myself who loves crystals, when I saw this shop I was excited to explore it as were my kids!! From the very beginning she seemed very agitated that we were in there! Didn’t great us and said only 4 kids and 1 adult allowed at a time!! She treated the people before me with so much respect, kindness and kept thanking them over and over, once it was my turn to be rung up, she didn’t engage with me in the same manner! She didn’t hand me my items or receipt in my hands instead she slapped them on the counter, never told me thank you and said she now had to go clean up the mess my kids made (which there was no mess to begin with) mind you this shack is 2 feet wide! It’s stuffy and tight in there, so it’s difficult to move around with people inside! I came back to give her some constructive criticism on how I felt about our interaction, I was calm and simply said that “I wish we received the same 5 star service like her other customers” and told her that she was really rude to us! she proceeded to say that my kids were rude and a disrespectful, when they said nothing to her and still supported her business and purchased products!! I asked for my money back and she told me No and to get out of her store!! That’s no way to make the moment right with a customer! She is simply a racist who got upset with kids who were excited about the beautiful crystal they saw. They weren’t stealing or breaking anything!! This was my first experience here! And I will never visit there again and don’t recommend anyone else either!!!!
Fix your heart lady!!! It’s nasty and ugly!!!

the owner was so rude to me in this store the last two times i went in this store she acts like she knows everything!!! good thing this store is closing because i would not recommend going into this store at all

This store claims to sell 925 silver but is actually nickel. Refused a refund . I had the crystals I bought looked at by a professional who also told me that they are not what the store claimed they were .

Walked in as they were closing (other customers still there) and asked to leave saying we just closed , again .. others still there yuck!!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Was in St. Augustine for a few days and was looking for hanging prisms so this was my first stop (Thursday, 6/2). The young guy working at the counter never looked up from his phone from the minute we walked in. Decided against a purchase and to try another Sunburst location but had a similar experience with no customer service. It was off-putting.

expansive but totally worth it, got a few things and knew what most were but i got a quartz looking skull but the staff couldnt tell me what it was. Not mad with the purchase at all it looks great in my collection

I went there looking for crystals, and I found so many for great prices! They had a variety of different crystals, jewelry, and pendants! I totally recommend this if you are a beginner at collecting crystals!

They was very friendly and helpful and really patient with you picking out what you want. They had a many variety of jewelry you can pick from. I was in heaven I didn't want to leave.
