Only one visit here via drive through, but tips were pushed. The barista specifically mentioned the card reader has a question and of course it was a tip screen…. As politely as possibly, tipping is for restaurant workers getting $3/hr that spend an hour bringing you food and recommending specials, yet I’m suppose to tip at a drive through when I have no idea if my order is going to be correct or good? You didn’t even serve me for two minutes and you are pushing a tip? Everything turned out fine but that was uncomfortable and unfortunately I’m likely going to avoid this location in the future…

I’m deaf customers. I not see the board very well cuz word is small. I said iced mocha coffee and they give me iced coffee I talk with guy and he said not have iced mocha coffe. I walk to board and I point there. I try communication with he he reject and I not understand him he spoke voice I not understand cuz I’m deaf can’t hear. He should write down paper to communicate with me first place make sure not have mocha iced coffee first pkace before I paid for it. And I left and I call this number want talk with manager and guy answer it and sane guy I explain him that I want swap other drink he said no and he says not accept my behavior excuse me cuz there bad lack of communication not have no access for deaf to communicate I’m not accept their try not communicate with me.Starbucks is very famous for deaf access to Starbucks no excuses this place is dirty business to deaf people they should follow Starbucks way.I know few place is owner by deaf Starbucks give access not fair this place not give deaf people access.They should accept the swap other drink with no cost.They should give me refund money back or swap other drink simply. I went other Starbucks many time I not have no problem. They did swap different drink many time.Poor deaf community have poor service with star buck with accessPlease change access and service for deaf community thank

I'm disappointed in my experience at this location. Let's just call this Starbucks Gentlemen Angelica from Rugrats but in this case she's a he! In the drive Angelica couldn't find his professional mind set on how to respond to a customer. My wife was very clear on her request for no ice in her mango dragon fruit lemonade! Upon receiving a fully loaded nothing but ice beverage. Angelica was upset after taking a DEEP breath and responding "next time just let us know" in a rude Manor!For those who have a few minutes?⭐Story time⭐? ?Embarking on a journey to the realm of the absurd, where logic bends and humor reigns, let's elevate this narrative to the heights of Mount Ridiculous. Imagine, if you will, a realm where Starbucks has been commandeered by none other than the mischievous spirit of Angelica Pickles, but with a twist. This Angelica, let's dub him "Sir Angelico," rules his drive-thru kingdom with the capricious whim of a cartoon overlord.Our tale begins on a fateful afternoon, as our valiant heroes, a thirsty couple in search of refreshment, approach the fortress of Sir Angelico. The drive thru is always closed before time. Several times I arrive before closing and they tell me that they closed early.It is a lack of respect for the client, if they say it closes at 8 there should be attention until 8, but at 7:50 it is already closed and they do not attend to you.

While this location is not the most convenient since a u turn at a long light may be needed, it does have some of the best employees. Super friendly plus I always get the same drink and it always is great (tastes just as it should). Super quick pick up orders.

I ordered a mobile order and went to drive thru and the guy was really rude and said “why would you come this early” acting annoyed. I was 1 minutes before my estimated pick up time. Just made the whole thing very uncomfortable. His name was Tyler.
