I went inside to order a coffee for my wife and there was no marked area to order. The only sign at the counter is for online order pickup, no “order here area” and there is no staff member to take in person orders. Just a long counter for online orders and staff making the drinks and setting them on the counter for pickup. Since I was standing for some time with no one offering to help (I believe they just assumed I was waiting to pickup an online order), I asked a staff member if it’s online orders only or if I could place an order at the counter. She told me you can order at the counter and someone will be there to help me. I stood there for another period of time while the staff worked around me filling online and drive-through orders. So I decided to leave and go to the Starbucks at Target.It feels like gone are the times of just walking into a coffee shop and ordering a drink from a human being.

It was good but there was a wee bit of a wait. But what got me was that, there is no phone number to this Starbucks location that I could find. The phone number listed is only for Target but when it "transfers" you to Starbucks it automatically hangs up. If you call back it hangs up again. Call back again and it says that this is not a valid number. So that part was a bit frustrating.But the guy who made my brown sugar shaken espresso did an excellent job and the girls were polite and real friendly and it was a good visit.Also, I was glad they take the app here at this location. Some target Starbucks don't accept the Starbucks app (or they used to not accept it, idk things might have changed) so I'm glad for that. Helped me get my much needed (60+) stars. :)

oh this poor starbucks. this is the WORST i have ever been too. First and foremost, everyone that works there is constantly goofing around and not keeping up with drinks while there are massive lines and people have been waiting 20-30 minutes. secondly, they cannot for the life of them make a consistent drink or even a correct drink. something as simple as the gingerbread oatmilk chai (which mind you is on their board of drinks above them in an image WITH cold foam) they fail to put the cold foam every single time and i have to ask every single time for it and then it’s not even the gingerbread cold foam.

Great service, drive thru is what I mainly utilize. I have yet to have an issue, the same lady I always see in the window is so friendly and charismatic, workers like her are the reason why I keep coming back.

This is a target Starbucks. No seating or atmosphere. Also they have weird rules: They will finally give stars for purchases, but you cannot actually redeem them or use any of the other promotions on the app "because they are owned by target"?! Also good luck getting a mixed drink (like caramel ribbon crunch frap) if there are only a few people working, they will refuse to make them because it takes too long. Worst "Starbucks" ever.

They're a bit understaffed and made my drink too sweet. I asked them to remake it and he looked at me and said I had to wait because he had quite a line... about 4 people behind me. I had to wait an extra 10 minutes to get my drink made correctly and watched him take his time to get back to me. My friend said she thought I had to put my drink on the counter, so I did that as it had been about 5 minutes since I asked. He asked if the only drink on the table was mine and said there were "so many on the counter" a bit sarcastic. My friend also ordered a butter croissant and the people behind us got their food before her. I get being busy and it being annoying having to remake a drink, but could do without the passive aggressive nature considering I paid for a drink and want to enjoy what I paid for.

Customer Service is wonderful. Sweet young hearts always doing their bests and are always kind and efficient. I’m a regular customer and I’m always greeted warmly by every employee, it makes my day!

It's a Starbucks Branded Target store. Doesn't work with Starbucks card. There's no atmosphere, you get your order and you go in the Target. Bah.Parking: Plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible.
