Constantly losing mail. Not sure if the employees are meth addicts or just incompetent.UPDATE: Lauren at Staples offered me a $20 Staples gift card for LOSING my mail 3 times. Mail that cannot be recovered. Unacceptable. It is time for the courts to decide how to punish Staples for their wanton negligence.

I took two FedEx packages in the store and told two employees that they were FedEx packages. They took them from me for pick up. I can track one package with my FedEx app but the other one is showing up as not picked up. I called Staples and they said they don’t take Fed Ex packages! These packages are worth a lot of money!!!

Extremely disappointing customer service from three different employees in one hour. From being barked at when asking if I was in the correct line for shipping services (It's not marked) to having another employee just walk away in the middle of paying for the shipping and not returning.I won't using this store again.

Have used the print area here multiple times and have always had positive experiences.It seems the staff has turned over because today was completely different from what we are used to.We waited an hour for 3 sheets of cardstock to be printed. Print shop employee printed our PDF on the wrong size paper (which was fine, no worries), but when we pointed this out to him he blamed it on us? We pointed out that the email we sent specified the exact size and he proceeded to mumble how he didn’t understand the email and I asked if he maybe should have clarified with us before printing? He said he would print out on the correct size. I waited another 30 min for the prints and then decided I would try elsewhere. The shop was not busy and was pretty clear we were being ignored at this point.Shouldn’t be this difficult to get 3 prints made.

I want to express my sincere appreciation for Erika. Erika went above and beyond to help me. Her kindness and compassion was truly a blessing to me. I can convey how moved I was by her willingness to go the extra mile for me. I hope that this small tribute to her will make the owners of this store take notice of a star employee and angel in my eyes!

The store scores points for being clean, and fast.They lose points for being shady sharks. You can't get in the door without someone attaching themselves to you, trying to help you find something. Impossible to browse.My house is less than a half mile away. I build websites as a freelancer. One of my clients is a 76 year old realtor. She calls me up from Staples, and asks me to come look at the 'deal' they're selling her.Almost $3000 for an HP laptop. Security software, productivity suites, just every possible thing they could stuff in that PC, they did. Even had remote control of it. The staff were very unhappy when I was done, and we left with a $400 HP laptop with no extra garbage.Don't do that stuff. Don't sell these unsuspecting people software they don't need, and long term contracts for it. The lady was 76. Did she understand anything you tried to sell her? If they don't ask for it, or can't understand what it does, or how long it's for, why would you?Just remember...you'll be old someday too. And here you are, setting precedent for how you'll be treated.
