I made arrangements to have an entertainment center and a couch picked up. I explained in as many details as I can about what an entertainment center is and what a couch is. They arrived at my old apartment and told me they are taking none of because of what it is. For anyone making arrangements in the future bring paper and crayolns to illustrate what you need done, perhaps it will help them and help you.

Lord have mercy! What would Jesus do? Selling used furniture for more than the price of new. Was checking out a metal futon bed, nothing fancy. They were asking $150. Walmart sells the same bed, brand new for $99. They wouldn't budge on the price even after showing them the ad on Google. It doesn't' make any sense. Someone must be pocketing some cash.... So I went to Walmart.

EDIT- Greed has taken over this place. I’m not sure if it’s because management changed (or if there’s another factor playing into it) but this place now truly sucks. We’re seeing knickknacks at $20 and other ridiculous prices, and we know it’s because the people pricing items are using Google Lens. The cause they support might be great, but these practices are scummy. And I know for a fact that we are not the only ones who feel that way! We have supported St Vincent for months and have found many cherished items, but it genuinely might be a better deal to buy things brand new from Marshalls, Walmart, etc. And as a sidenote, for this being a Catholic charity, the staff is quite rude, haha.OLD REVIEW:I have so many great things to say about this place, but it honestly might be better for you to check it out for yourself! So many great finds and such great prices! 10/10 recommended!!

I shop here quite regularly, I was in on Thursday January 25. I shopped and went to checkout, I had an item (with a price sticker on it) the woman checking me out said the price was to low and gave me a higher price asking if I still wanted the item. I was aggravated and refused. In all my treasure hunting years this has never happened before. She was rude from the beginning. It will probably be awhile before I return, it is a bit out of the way for me. Usually the people are really nice, and I have found some great treasures there. But now that experience has soured me on returning.

Wonderful variety but little too pricey for thrift store.

Nice place with nice people. I used to shop here frequently, but their prices have gotten very high over the last few years. The increases have far outstripped inflation. A lot of prices are close to or match retail. I rarely stop here any more.

Prices so high they need to change from "thrift store" to "boutique store". Little knick knacks are $20-$30, lamps and shades are priced HIGH and separately as are pots/pans and their lids that were clearly donated together. I get every business has over head but you used to be able to shop here on a budget. A lot of clearly used iems are priced above what they would be new!

I hadn't been here in about a year and wow the prices have really gone up for furniture. So much so that the furniture section is barely navigable. Other things def worth stopping by for. There's literally furniture on shelving in the warehouse in the back. Let's set some reasonable prices guys and bring that stuff down to the floor.

Way too expensive charging more than new prices for used items and some may be broken. This is not a real thrift store in the sense of prices which are riduclous. You can do better elsewhere in town.

I’ve always enjoyed being a regular at this thrift store for the past year. Rude employees and greedy management has made me decide to never come again.

Very friendly staff that greet you upon entering. Plenty to choose from and the furniture seemed fairly priced. I didn’t get a chance to make it to the warehouse but the main store was very neat and orderly.

The staff works together for the greater good. They are moving things around to get more on the floor for the customers. It looks really good in there. Wonderful job, well done.
