New management is implementing rules without any notice and locking us out from our boat for days…. Gates were chained! 10 days without access to the boat during holiday and prices doubled while amenities decreased. Unless you have to, avoid at all cost!

Terrible recent changes in yard rules, you can't even check on your own boat without yard staff following you. No cars, no ladders, no gate access. I've been a long time commercial customer and I'm canceling my haul out contracts ASAP. AVOID.

Had our SeaRay 480 hauled out here. Easy to schedule and guys on the travel lift were ready when we arrived and within minutes had her hauled out and ready to survey.

A little hidden gem near St George Street in downtown St Augustine directly across the street from this boat yard is a park which has pavilions and grills after leaving St Augustine Beach me and my friends had brought some marinated steaks and pork tenderloin and needed to find a place to cook it although it was Labor Day and traffic was busy it was still worth the wait and worth the fun!

Daniel runs an incredible service! He was able to get my boat in right away and had it ready for me within a few days. All the other spots in town wanted to keep my boat for a couple weeks… I’m knew to boating in Florida and was relieved to be referred to St Augustine Marine Services. Honest prices by honest people. Highly recommendedService: Engine repair

This yard charges you in advance for repairs and is slow to complete them. I have had my boat there for 3 months and we are still not done.

We will not be coming back here again even though It is one of the few marinas that can haul a cat of our size out.. the bottom paint job was fine but they used the same paint on the sail drive which we now know is and incorrect copper based paint that is not supposed to be put on aluminum.. sail drives now need complete sanding, priming and repainting.. the canvas shop did a sub par job installing a “new” lazy jack bag for the sail.. it now has to be repaired by another sail company.. zipper was put in upside down, no reinforcing and stitching is coming undone after only 1 month of being in place..not to mention no back stitching done anywhere!..Service: General repairs & maintenance

We had our mast un-stepped so that we could complete some work on it and then stepped again when we completed our work. Andrew and the entire yard crew at St Augustine Marine Center were amazing. They definitely know what they are doing, very professional and friendly. We had an awesome experience here and would definitely recommend them and this marine center.

I used this company once to step my masts, And against my better judgment attempted to use them again for a haul out and a bottom job. I called them weeks in advance and told them I was a full time cruiser looking for a bottom paint they told me no problem. I arranged my itinerary to be here based on their word only to be told upon arrival, "Oh, we don't allow liverboards on the hard here. We're not a campground." Um, excuse me?? What do you think "full time cruiser" means?? I have wasted time money and resources to get here based on the false promises of this company, and I'm going to have to spend even more of the same to get back to where I was before I spoke with them. As far as I'm concerned they should be responsible for the costs that I have incurred getting here. I have over $30000 to invest in this vessel, and I'm sure there's a boat yard that will take it. It will not be another windward group yard though.
