Emily & Nelson were absolutely incredible! Very welcoming and knowledgeable about all of the bourbon. Definitely recommend a tasting if you’re in the area and are a bourbon connoisseur!

Emily at St. Augustine Distillery was awesome! She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. I inquired about shipping to a different state since I do not live here in Florida and Emily was kind enough to share with me that they ship to where I live. She is awesome! If you're looking for quality spirits try Saint Auguatine Distillery!

Wonderful day in St. Augustine with a stop at the distillery! Loved seeing how the alcohol is made and doing the tasting. While the tour was self guided and the tastes were small, it was all about the experience! Each stop had a small amount of alcohol combined with one of their cane sugar based mixers. All unique flavors and wonderful new tastes. The tour wrapped up in the store and Emily was a great server with a wonderful personality at the last stop! Give her kudos for a great time and a lot of knowledge!

Very cool place to learn about Florida Bourbon. Got to try the whiskey, rum and gyn. Whenever you go to the St Augustine distillery, ask for Emily, she is not only knowledgeable but she is very pretty !!

Great location and Great ExperienceMy wife and I visited on 4/27/24.We did the self tour first waiting for the guided tasting and tour.The Guided tour and tasting was great.This tour was lead by Dominick and although I consider myself knowledgeable I found myself impressed by Dominick.Great experience and enjoyed the gift store selection.

Enjoyed stopping in this distillery while exploring downtown St Augustine. The place was very welcoming, especially Allison, who was the greeter, and gave us the best tour.

Such a wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, Allison made me feel especially welcome. She even recognized that my birthday had just passed, adding a personalized touch to my visit that was truly appreciated. The distillery itself is fascinating, offering an insightful glimpse into the craft of spirit making. Every sip was a testament to their quality and passion. Highly recommend a visit if you're in the area—it's a perfect blend of warm hospitality and excellent spirits!

The experience was very entertaining, interesting and most of all educational. Lara, Patrick, and Nick were very knowledgeable. They took time to throughly explain the processes. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour. We will definitely tell others this is a most do!

It was our first time in the distillery and the free samples were delicious. Debbie was wonderful and made the experience even better. She explained a lot about the bourbon and helped us understand some key differences in finishes. Debbie graciously let us try a few other things we were interested in and never made us feel pressured to purchase anything either.
