Came here with a small group of friends to do scooter rentals. We've rented before from Solano and had a lot of fun. This time it rained right before our rental and were told by Alyssa that they would hold them for us the next day since we already paid and did paperwork. We came by at 1pm the next day when we were told to to find out they rented out all the scooters. Very frustrating and unprofessional service. Hopefully they can stock up on more inventory and trained staff in the future.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I do not recommend this place. My boyfriend and I went with our friend group. They had none available, so we waited. Then we got rained out and couldn’t rent. Alyssa behind the front desk promised us mopeds the next day and told us to come back and at what time after taking our payment after waiting 30 mins for the rain. We go back at that time the next day, and they are completely gone. When we expressed our frustration, Alyssa then proceeds to say that we are “rude” for saying we are leaving a bad review. Furthermore, she says that she waited for us during the rain before JUST for us as if it was an inconvenience to them when they are getting money and business from us. It’s just 100% unprofessional. Do your job correctly the first time and a bad review wouldn’t be the end result. Do not give them your business.

, my scooter has been there over a month I've been waiting for it to get fixed,I got a call yesterday to go get it they can't find a battery for it after when I took it there they told me that scooter was a very easy job to fix ,then I talked to them a couple weeks ago and they have been tells me they were waiting on the battery to come in it was ordered,now they couldnt get the battery.I ride my scooter to work everyday and been taking Ubers the past month waiting for it to be fixed now over a month later they can't fix it.what a waste of time.:::update .I went to pick my scooter up and the whole bottom was torn,i dropped it off in a rode once condition!

This is the worse business model I have ever encountered. We rented a scoot Boot and proceeded to lunch downtown St. Augustine. After touring the town headed for the beaches. From the time we first started riding it the ride was very sloppy. Had to push it twice because the turning radius is near 20 feet and there is no reverse. As we were on the main road in the front end started to shake violently and the passenger side went down on the front. Several cars were behind us so we had to get out and push the thing off the road. After trying to restart it, there was nothing. Called into the office and they told us that we had to wait for the tow truck and maybe they would give us a ride back. Or we can get an Uber and they would reimburse us but we would be responsible if anything happened to the " Abandoned" Vehicle. Keep in mind, it's 96 degrees and the road heat. We get an Uber back. We get into the office and it's like no big deal. They did give me money back for the Uber and 1/2 hour. I paid that in cash. And asked for my cc slip (they still use old card machines) and I didn't want the volume left where my AE card could be exploited. I was told no. They were keeping it until the car was returned and threatened that any damage that was caused for being left would be up to me. Nope. Not happening. Got the owner one the phone and his reply other than we gave you a break was I was interrupting his only day off. I told him I would dispute any charges on my AE card as well as write several reviews. He clapped back that he has a recording of the call and that I was irrational. Not a problem. Put the recording up and he won't be able to deni the horrible service you can expect doing business here..

We first rented a golf cart and didn’t like it and we were able to return it for a full refund. Alyssa then helped us rent 2 scooters for a 48 hour rental, which was very well priced. I felt we definitely got our moneys worth! Reggie was super cool, very chill guy and helped get us what we needed! Thank you guys! 10/10, will be returning!

We rented one of the little cars and had so much fun! We were able to drive all the way to the beach. Staff was very laid back and nice. The rental prices are pretty decent too and worth it. Definitely going to rent from here again for our next trip!

Seems like he had a problem the moment I rented from him. I brought the Cart back an hour early. The owner seemed like he couldn’t give the time of day. I don’t know if it was be I was handicapped or my Race but it wasn’t pleasant to say the least, please do better

Beware! I would give zero stars if I could. The owner was very rude and had terrible customer service, He was even rude with my wife. He was even dishonest about the pricing overcharging people even cursing in front of children. Highly unprofessional. Plenty of other places to rent without having to deal with this Type of dishonor and disrespect

My family and I rented the 6person golf cart for $78. Then when my husband arrived to return the cart he charged him $135 cash. He over charged $55 extra dollar more than the $158 over night agreed upon price!!!
