He threw out at least 15 to 20 people. They close at 6:00 and all I wanted to do was exchange some shoes so I told the lady that I'll give them four stars because she took care of the problem and that I will be back”

“I went into Puma the other day and had a great experience. I was helped by a man named Rui. To say that he went above and beyond is an understatement. I had a few gifts to buy and I'm not a fan of shopping. I walked in very unsure and undecided. I'm sure I drove him crazy! He was so helpful and kind. He helped me pick out every single gift, and even convinced me to buy a few things for myself. This was my first time at Puma and with an employee like Rui, I will definitely be back. The personal attention he gave to me was something that you don't see in other stores. He actually turned my dreaded shopping trip into a good time.
