“I was going to give them a one Star but I called to complain that we were standing in line to return some shoes and the guy and it was A quarter to 6 and he made us leave. He threw out at least 15 to 20 people. They close at 6:00 and all I wanted to do was exchange some shoes so I told the lady that I'll give them four stars because she took care of the problem and that I will be back”

“I went into Puma the other day and had a great experience. I was helped by a man named Rui. To say that he went above and beyond is an understatement. I had a few gifts to buy and I'm not a fan of shopping. I walked in very unsure and undecided. I'm sure I drove him crazy! He was so helpful and kind. He helped me pick out every single gift, and even convinced me to buy a few things for myself. This was my first time at Puma and with an employee like Rui, I will definitely be back. The personal attention he gave to me was something that you don't see in other stores. He actually turned my dreaded shopping trip into a good time. Flip Shop Shops carries so many flip flops brands from all over for men, women and kids!!! Plus, they have so many styles from those brands! It’s great because I get see and try on in person flip flops I didn’t know of before. They have my favorite brands and brands that are becoming my new favorites.
I wear flip flops 99 percent of the time and only shop for great quality, long lasting, eco sensitive brands and wear them for decades.
I am super picky as I prefer grippy trail running type soles rather than ones that are flat and may slide on wet floors - Florida rain… I don’t mind wet feet running through our afternoon thunderstorms for a second.
Sometimes the straps are too loose or the arch is too low or the sizes are too small or too big since many brands only do whole sizes. Flip Flop Shops has enough variety for me to find a few to satisfy my pickiness and my sizing. It’s better than the outdoor supply and surf stores for my needs.
They also have fun sunglasses, cute Florida themed bags, and eco conscious gifts.”
