You can tell a lot about a business by how they resolves issues. I came to the gallery for help resolving a somewhat complicated issue with a piece of jewelry I had previously purchased, and on both occasions they willingly provided solutions so that I could be happy with my purchase and my experience. They put the customer first, which is not as common as it used to be. I would recommend doing business with this gallery and their staff. I appreciate the patience they showed to me. Thank you especially to the staff that helped me most recently!

If I am ever am looking for the perfect gift for someone, the lovely staff at Sea Spirits is always quick to help. Not only are there so many unique local artists consigned there, but there are so many different treasures to choose from. Providing you with gift options for everyone of all ages. It is evident it's a family-owned business because they are always in your best interest and are just delighted to have you in the gallery. My experience felt so personable, and I really appreciated the atmosphere there!

I’ve been meaning to write this review since June and finally am! We went on a trip here in June and I was looking for a gift for my dad for Father’s Day. I found a lovely little painting for a very fair price. The owner was lovely, the gallery is beautiful and very neatly organized. If we are ever in Saint Augustine again I would definitely come back. If you’re looking for a nice thoughtful beautiful gift or special piece for your home. I come from a family of artist, and have a degree in fine art, I’m a bit picky with this stuff and feel a lot of other galleries in the area have art that isn’t as good for more money. I also really like that the owner could tell me about the artists, tell me a story about them. There was also some stuff from a local veterans which I really think is good that they support veterans.

Everytime we visit St Augustine, this shop is a must! I always find a few treasures... for myself or for special gift-giving! They have a lovely selection from jewelry to art. Most recently, the shop owner demonstrated outstanding customer service. She gladly exchanged a delicate bracelet that I returned, hoping to get it "rethreaded". Within days it was done and showed up in my mailbox back home! Very impressive! Treat yourself to a visit to this unique shop.

Most recently, Sea Spirits demonstrated outstanding customer service: The owner gladly exchanged a bracelet that required a minor repair/rethreading of the delicate "string".
