Purchased SAS shoes 2 months ago paid 194.00 comfortable for a few days now it looks like I had them 2 yrs. I needed good shoes for my feet because they swell. Salesman told me not refundable now I know why.

The customer service here is absolutely horrible! My mother, sister, and I went there today to look for comfortable, supportive shoes for my mother who recently had knee replacement surgery. My sister told me when she walked in an extremely rude, gruff sounding, blonde woman, with glasses told her the price of a pair of shoes was $150. What difference does that make? The shoes my sister was wearing cost more and so did our purses! I came in after I parked and the woman was in the middle of the store staring my mother (who was seated) and sister down without offering any help. I was walking towards the back to look at shoes, and turned to speak to her. The prick turned away and put her head down. It wasn't until I openly stated how rude she was that she turned around and asked if we needed help. I clearly let her know that "we did NOT want her help" at that point... We did everything ourselves until I was boxing up the shoes because my mother did not feel ready for them. Then, she walks over, grabs the box from me and starts rearranging the shoes in the box. What was the point? We were in the front of the store and my mother is using a walker. Did she think we would try to run out? White customers came in after us and they were clearly greeted and treated better. My mother called and let her know how rude she was and this prick had to nerve to say we were standoffish...we were in the front where you try on shoes and she was in the middle frowned up like a dried up prune. She's prejudice, possibly racist as well. I plan to never step foot in that store again or buy this brand of shoe! She shouldn't be working retail... horrible person.

Finally thought I found my shoe place, but I was wrong. They measured my foot walked out with a shoe that was too wide wore them once, and I could not return them never ever will I ever shop here again I was even going to spend more money even had my eye on an extra pair, nope

I received an email about getting $20 off each pair of shoes or sandals you buy. I found the ones I was looking for quickly because the sales clerk was available and knowledgeable about what was in the store. As soon as she finished with another customer she started helping me. I was very happy with her attentiveness. She would help me locate the size, prepare the sandals for trying on and then rebox them after. Her knowledge enabled her to answer all my questions? Yesterday was a very enjoyable shopping experience at this store. I will shop there again in the future.

The service was that of a shoe store from long ago. The lady measured my foot, put the shoes on my feet with the use of a shoe horn.Exceptional service. Kind, caring and very knowledgeable of the merchandise.I was visiting from out of state but return often and will definitely be returning. Customer service of the highest level.

When my mother and I entered the store we were followed around the store by the most unfriendly woman. When my mom asked for help, stating what she was looking for, the lady told her that “well that will be very hard to find” and continued to watch us, not trying to help at all. When my mom ended up finding a shoe she liked, the lady asked if she knew how much it cost ($180) when we did not ask, implying that she could not afford it. The shoes were purchased, but we feel repulsed & profiled with the treatment and are disappointed with this establishment. This is not the way to do business. If you come here, be wary.

Horrible experience! My mother and I walked in looking for shoes for my mom. The lady followed us and watched our every move. She about had a conniption when I tried to grab a box of shoes for my mom to try on, insisting that we couldn’t touch anything but had to ask her for help. Then when my mom inquired about a pair of shoes, the lady said “those are 300$”, so as to say we couldn’t afford them. Stating a price would have been fine IF we asked. She was very abrasive with us and unfriendly. As we were leaving, a group of white women walked in and the sales lady was very friendly with them and gave them a very friendly and professional greeting…a greeting far different than what we received. We left feeling profiled and disgusted with how we were treated.

My wife went there with every intention of buying a pair of shoes and ordering a pair of boots since they did not have them in store. After 5 minutes with the woman running the store, she dis not want anything to do with SAS shoes at all. Really, it was like we were not worthy to be her customers. Years ago I was a customer of this store and it was not this way.

It was my first time in a physical SAS store and I was very excited to enter but sadly from the minute I entered, I had a very uncomfortable experience. I was greeted right away but then I was followed everywhere throughout the store. I was with my teens who quickly got bored and sat in the chairs while I browsed. sales person was following me to stand at the end of the aisle every time I moved and when a second associate entered from the back, the first one went to stand near chairs to stare at my daughter and the second clerk then followed to stand and watch me. When I asked first clerk about a style name on a shoe she said in the rudest tone "that's why I'm supposed to get the shoe". I replied what?, and she then said not every shoe was above the matching boxes below. The point is that maybe she didn't mean to be rude with that statement but the delivery/tone sounded snide. I left shortly after. I won't be back. I felt like they thought I was a thief. Very disappointed
