The store is cute inside and has cute things. However, they sold me an item with a missing part. I called twice and they said relayed the message to the owner and he would definitely respond. I called again and he is busy opening a new store and can’t respond. No one has offered to make it right. Bad customer relations and service. Not what I would expect in St Augustine.

Super sweet. Held my things so I could continue shopping in the store. Showed me around the store and explained what was new.

Fell in love with this store!! And the lady working was so friendly!! We came in because we saw they sold Simply Southern shirts and who doesn't love their shirts. They also have Pure Vida anklets and bracelets which is another plus. When we visited they had a promotion where you get a free Simply Southern change pouch with the purchase of a shirt. We ended up getting 2 shirts and she gave us 2 pouches. Woohoo. The store has so much fun stuff to browse and is laid out well. We will definitely visit again when we go back to St. Augustine.
