They put tape on my truck paint and when the tech removed the tape, he removed the paint. They said they would call us to make arrangements to fix the problem, it has been a week and no one has called up to fix the paint on my truck. I'm very disappointed that they did this damage to my truck and have not called me to fix the problem. Based on this I would not recommend them.

Terrible! Service is awful! I can't even get connected to them by phone. They damaged the paint on the car around the frame of the windshield. I paid for new wipers; wrong size. too big and go off the side and top of the windshield. They did not put the rubber seal around the windshield. UGH!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 30-40 minutes to install windshield. Under promise and over delivered was my experience here. Professionally staffed and met high expectations! Would recommend to anyone in the area! ??

1st attempt, the class arrived broken. Ok, stuff happens, we get it. So we reschedule for a week later. Lady on the phone assures us they are coming to the house. We'll, a week later, no show. Then they call and say we missed the appointment because we didn't show up to the shop. So we don't make any plans for a beautiful Saturday, wait around for them not to show, then the entire job gets canceled. So I guess we are back to square 1. If you need a windshield for a 15 Wrangler, I guess they have one in stock

Let me start this rant. With a long explanation. Two times I have used satellite glass. The first time, I had them replace glass in my truck. When they were done. It looked like a 12 year old child had done it. So I called them, and the sent a second tech. After he was done it still was wrong. Not sealed properly, so they used black silicon to seal it. Was better than the first time but still wrong. But I was tired of dealing with it, so I lived with it. So three years down the road , I called to get my 16 year olds. Glass replaced in his first car. So they scheduled me for an appointment. Between noon and five. Since I own my own company. My wife asked if I could be here. So I moved my schedule to be home. At the hours in window provided. My plan was to do a small job and be home by noon. On my way out in the morning. My wife called me and said. She had gotten a text. Saying they would be there between 10:30 and 11:00Am. So I turned around and went home and called my customer to reschedule for the afternoon. At 2:00pm tech had still not showed. Then I called corporate office to explain. Not only a inconvenience. But lost a days work and possibly a customer. The woman I spoke too tried to call local office. Were the tech was coming from. She got no answer from office or tech. She said she left messages at office and I would get a call back. Never received a call back. So I called back at 4:00 pm. Explained that I wanted a discount for money and time lost. They called local office again. This time manager answered, I explained entire story to him. He offered a$30 discount. This a insult after the money I had lost due to there inability. To follow through with a schedule. He debated this with, me so finally tech shows up at 4:15 so I kindly told him we had changed our mind. Rest assured I will never use this company. Or will I ever recommend them. Next i get a dumb response. Like the others they have posted. They need to close there doors!!!!!!!!

I would rate lower if possible. Scheduled someone in Saint Augustine to repair a crack, the guy refused to do the service because he said he called two times and we didn’t answer as we watched him drive past our house… with him on the phone. We missed the initial call, and got on the phone with him within minutes.. I’m sorry people miss calls sometimes. He was ungodly rude and clearly just very very lazy. We scheduled a different company. I wouldn’t want someone like that going near my car

I specifically chose this Safelite location due to the good reviews, I can confirm my experience was fantastic! I arranged my appointment online for the following day, upon arrival was greeted kindly by the rep behind the counter. Nice job fixing a chip in my windshield. Everyone was super pleasant, friendly, and hands-down worth the hour drive each way from my home. Highly recommend.

Go someplace else! We scheduled twice and they no-showed. The third time they show up and we were told by our technician, Joshua, that the first two appointments were missed by "another Joshua."Next, Joshua asks if there is room in the garage because, "If it rains, all the water will get in the car." Perhaps this should have been a conversation via phone before the the appointment.To add to everything, Joshua is a poor driver and ran his truck over my grass causing damage to the grass and sprinkler system.I tried to complain to Safelite but their number goes to a national call center. I was promised a call from a local manager but never got one. It has been a week.Safelite's customer service and professionalism are severely lacking!

Great company! Only took an hour to have my glass installed. Very nice people. Planet fitness gym close by if you want to work out while you wait. I highly recommend this business!

I tried calling. They have no customer service employees at any location. Through a recorded message, they insist you make an appointment online or visit the website for additional information. So long Safelite, your commercials are very misleading!!
