Very disappointed! Horrible customer service. After receiving tracking number but not receiving the item, I called and emailed for 2 weeks, got no response or resolution. Then to rub salt in the wound I learned they charged my card 6 weeks before they sent the tracking number. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company

Went to visit Logomotion right next to Roxx volleyball. Their new office is awesome and their prices are great. If you need embroidery in Saint Augustine this is definitely the place to go

I wear Rox Volleyball beach products to do things like surf and paddle board. The product is great and durable. This place is really close to my house to, so I can just head on over to pick up the product.

Great customer service. They were very responsive when I asked questions regarding the sizing of their mens boardshorts. From the time I placed the order to when I received the shorts, it was only 2 business days so they are quick to ship. They are very comfortable and they really are "true to fit" compared to other boardshort brands (eg: Hurley, Quiksilver, O'Neill, etc). So if you wear a size 34 in those other brands then you should stick with size 34 for this brand. The fabric is breathable and comfortable and stretches well as they are intended for playing beach volleyball. The best feature of these shorts is the design. The unique pineapples made up of small crabs is such a great ideal. The outseam measures out at 21.5 inches which is not a problem if you have longer legs or if you are over 6 feet tall. However, being 5'10 myself and having shorter legs they drop below my knees which is normally not a problem for swimming or casual walking. However since I am using them for beach volleyball I am having them custom tailored to reduce the length to fit me properly. All their apparel is MADE IN USA! Overall I would recommend Rox Volleyball for their excellent customer service and quality product.

Expensive product, poor quality control. My order arrived with crooked/double screen printing, melted fabric, and items that were listed on the packing slip but not in the package received. Customer service has been poor.

I made one order of four items. They were shipped separately (don't know why, nothing was backordered). First shipment was supposed to contain 3 items. Packing slip showed 3 items but I only got 2. The bathing suit bottoms were not in a sealed bag like the top was and didn't have a tag like the top did. ALSO, they were supposed to be the same color purple to match and they were two diff colors of purple! Still don't have 3rd item or 2nd shipment. ALSO, tried to call them to discuss and their number won't go through. Just get recording saying please try your call again later. Not sure whether I will get any satisfaction. Be careful with this company.
