These guys are amazing! We noticed a funny noise after getting off of I95 and took it to Richbourg to get it checked out. They immediately jacked it up and discovered our issue. Fixed up quickly and so super kind! Thank y'all!!!

We are from out of town and just here for a vacation, our AC compressor went out and richbourg was suggested to us so we took our car there, explained the situation, the got the parts in and fixed our car the very next day! Everyone in there was so sweet and we are so grateful for them! They were fast and efficient! I recommend them to out of state and local people 100%

A three star review, but it could have been a five.
I recently had a new transmission installed at Richbourg Certified Car Care. The staff were very nice, and their prices seemed fair at first. After leaving the shop with the new transmission, I drove about 7 miles before the low coolant light came on, indicating an issue with the engine coolant. I noticed steam coming from the engine and, upon inspection, found coolant spraying all over the engine.
When I returned to the shop and showed them the problem, they said they would take care of it. The next day we ended up being charged an additional $600+ for a new radiator. This car did not have this issue before.
This shop is family-owned, and they are very nice people. However, I feel that the coolant/radiator issue may have been an oversight on their part. They should have refilled the antifreeze before letting us leave with the vehicle. Since they had to remove the front end of the vehicle to install the new transmission, it seems the coolant reservoir was left empty, which likely led to the radiator's failure.
In conclusion, while I believe they are good honest people, this oversight cost me an extra $600+.

My wife's car felt off to her while driving on vacation. I sent her to this shop based on location and reviews...so glad I did. Lacy said to bring it in even though they were busy. Nick was friendly, professional, and super helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to return for service if we're in the area in the future.

My wife's car died while out of town in St Augustine. Thankfully, the great tow company we used suggested Richbourg. My wife lived in St A over 40 years, and that was her first service there, and the shop has been there much longer. Happily, they were able to do the work same day, very well and reasonably priced. Local, friendly, trustworthy service is alive and well here, look no further for a great shop. Thank you!

I mean there Team they all work together great professional and Friendly .what I like most about Richbourg auto is the tight clean work they do on my Ride.they Diagnose everything if need be and they have technicians who know what there doing you can really feel an see the difference so today I’m giving them a five star review I give Recognition where it’s earned they earned it thanks Richbourg auto ?
