I used to be a customer and needed assistance, notarizing something. It involves my ex-wife, who still has an account. It was not that they could not serve me. It was that they looked at me before I said hello like I had done something wrong. Five people standing together glaring at me before I opened my mouth. There was no, sorry sir we cannot help you. I don't know why I was ever banking at this location. There are plenty of places to bank in St Augustine where employees are not angry to see you walk through the door. Went to Wells Fargo. They were kind, helpful, and will work with my ex, notarizing as a courtesy.

Sarah Smith and Travis are always very helpful, they know my name and make me feel warm and welcome. That means a lot to me. It feels like a visit to a old friends home in that branch, I will continue to recommend the Saint Augustine Regions branch to all my friends, co-workers and family. Thank you

My account was shut down due to fraud. They did nothing to help me did it let me take no money on my account I got scam and regions bank was no help would not recommend this bank I got scammed, they did nothing to help me wasn’t worried about if I had money or not wasn’t worried about the customer at all they didn’t work with me to help me solve the issue. They said there’s nothing they can do.

My family and I just moved here from Tampa. Ms. Sarah was amazing ! She was so welcoming and patient as we had multiple accounts. It’s so nice to have new friendly smiles in our new town ! The staff /tellers are also very nice .

I needed to open a new bank account, my mother insisted I come here and she was right! Sarah had helped me out and took great care of my mom and I. We had just moved to st Augustine, and this was definitely an awesome experience.

Definitely closing my account with this bank....opened an account last year, was told if NO MONEY is in the account no money would be paid. Well you can't OPT OUT of anything when a company says "ITS A REOCCURRING CHARGE" Which means that they will pay a company money if its not in your account and charge you the fees. So technically all a company has to say is what I said before.....ITS A REOCCURRING CHARGE.....its a sneaky way for companies to still gain access to your account. Thanks regions, but no thanks I'm closing my accounts and moving to a different institution.

6 months ago bank changed my account type, with zero notice to me. Then, secretly charged me $18/mo for 6 mo. Prior 6 years I had no fees under my old account. Bank acknowledged their error and refunded me the most recent 3 of the 6 months of fees. Explanation for not returning the other 3 months, even though it was their error? "Our system won't allow it".Use Chase Bank. These people are terrible. I am closing my account. Way too shady. Don't trust them with your money.

What a poor bank.App sucks.Support not supportive.Great hospitality if you can get a human on the phone. On hold for hours!Support this local bank if you believe in that sacrifice to support local business in exchange for less quality, technoligy, and over all ability to perform the service you're needing from them.

SCAM is the best word I can think of. Fraud is to harsh since they never stole money, they just NEVER honored their word. "Open an account and get $400 for free!" I opened the account in person at the St Augustine branch. I followed the "RULES " promotional guidelines that were explained "IN PERSON " at the branch. I did the 10 transactions within the 30 days. I waited 60 days and called the local branch to verify that I correctly completed the stipulations and did EVERYTHING CORRECTLY. I was told "YES and that I NEED TO BE Patient for the 90 days". I waited then called the local Branch again just to insure everything was good, when I spoke to the same person who set up my account I was told "I don't remember your specific promotion but if you did what I DISCUSSED WITH YOU you'll be fine". Every time I called she was super rude and NEVER did she actually check or look into anything that was connected to my account. So when the (90 days past the 30 day = 120) days came and went did I get the promotion? NO I DIDN'T! I of course called and still got no help and was told " Then you are mistaken about the days and you must have a different promotion" by the very same personwho opened the account with me. Then magically a short time after the promotional time passed I'm told "YOU NEVER ENTERED THE PROMOTIONAL CODE ON THE WEBSITE". When I asked why on the 4 times I called nobody told me about the code, I got the same ol "We DONT CARE AND DONT WANT TO HELP! BUT WE'LL PASS YOU ON TO THE NEXT PERSON WHO DOESN'T CARE EITHER. " Guess you won't care that I'm CLOSING the account!In response to Hector: I've called more people than I remember. How about for once your company calls me.

I went in to have something notarized and was told I had to bring everyone to the bank with me that would be a witness and we all had to sign in front of the notary. No one could help me and I had to make an appt. Everyone I know works during banking hours and due to COVID you would think you were supposed to be social distancing. I have banked with regions all my life and have never been told that. I can promise you... I will be finding a new bank. My loyalty to you has just been revoked.
