Absolutely ridiculous to be charged $59.99 in labor to change out a battery. If I had known, I certainly would not have gone. AutoZone does it for free. Prices are too high, even overpaid for an oil change. Never again.

Just wanted to say thank you so much “Ford Quick Lane Team” for solving all my problems that I came in there with this morning and doing it with such Understanding , Care and Mechanical Professionalism !!! Abby White “Quick Lane Advisor” took control and solved all of it for me professionally and expeditiously. Steven “The Mechanic” showed real care for me, the customer, in taking his time to explain and show me all the corrections to my vehicle that he was having to do to solve my problems. Later Elias Diaz “ Shop Foreman “ diagnosed an engine warning light for me and corrected it, along with giving me some advice about it in relation to if it were to occur again in the future. I can’t say enough about how satisfied I was with everything they did for me and my vehicle in solving all of my problems so quickly. I did not have an appointment. I simply walked in at 7 o’clock in the morning, and the team magic started to happen !!! Thank you, thank you, thank you. Bozard Ford Quick Lane Team are real Winners !!! - Tom Ivey

I honestly don't understand any of the negative reviews. I happened to be in the area today and called and asked if they could fit me in. They said sure no problem, we can do 230pm. I showed up late at 245pm (totally my fault). They had me in and out in no time at all. They even wash, dry and vacuum your vehicle for free! Everyone is always so friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. I bought my first new truck from Bozard in 2014 and my most recent tuck in 2021 also from Bozard. Their employees are all top shelf people. Angela M has always been so helpful and kind throughout the years. I didn't see her today but the girl who took my phone call and the guy at the counter were both exceptional. I see where some people complain about lack of parking in the comments, but there is ample parking in the lot directly adjacent to the building (about a 30ft walk). I'll drive Ford trucks forever. I'll only buy them from Bozard, and I'll only get them serviced at Bozard Quick Lane. There's free wifi, bottled water, coffee and snacks inside, and you can take a short walk to their full service restaurant for an amazing lunch or dinner. I can't recommend this place enough! I'd give it 10 stars if I could!! BOZARD FOR THE WIN!!! Thanks again everyone!! DK

Luker and his team are absolute professional in all they do. They diagnosed the issue after I had two separate mechanics in town look at it. If you have a vehicle needing service see Luker at Quick Lane!

I buy my vehicles and get all my service done at quick lane. It seems the problem now is that they are more interested in sales than service. There is no parking anywhere. It seems to be time to find a new home.

So i have a 15 f350 bought new tires had some vibrations brought it back in to rebalance the tires they said they fixed it couple months later I still have bad vibration around 50-70mph so I call they tell me to drop it off in morning to take care of it when I bring it in the guy says I need a new alignment and that he will call me before they do it to comfirm I also told Him I need a patch for a nail in front passenger tire he wrote it down and Said he would take care of it so I get a call at end of day it ready and there no balance issues they have me a list of thing that is causing it with a cost totaling up to 3-4 grand when I get there they didn’t put patch in the front had to wait a hour an half to get that done they didn’t charge me so I ended up going to good year on us1 and they said my tire is out of balance in the back fix it and now It runs great with little to no vibration all quick lanes did was try to charge me to fix stuff that was fine instead of fixing the tire like I told them for a tire they put on and should warranty
