I had an excellent experience with Quest Diagnostics from start to finish.
1) Setting up an account and making an appointment online was easy.
2) After arriving and doing a self check-in for my 6:30 AM appointment, my name was called within minutes.
3) Deidra, who took care of me was professional, drew my blood “pain free” and was very, very friendly.
I couldn’t be more pleased with my Quest Diagnostics experience and the convenience of their location. I highly recommend them to anyone needing bloodwork.

Waiting a long time, I came without an appointment but the screen said that there are 2 people in front of me. Then there was no one and they didn't call me, only one person who worked came out. Everything is very slow and a waste of time. I do not recommend this laboratory.

My phlebotomists name was Melissa and she did an excellent job. I was getting tested for gestational diabetes and had to wait an hour before bloodwork. Every time she came back out to pull another patient back she would ask me how I was doing. The test wasn’t as awful as I thought it would be. I just had to drink that awful tasting drink and wait an hour. I’m not great with blood draws but this was my easiest appointment ever.
My only issue is that the lab results have taken over a week to get back to me and I’m still waiting on these results (my labs were taken 4/4/24)

I hate this place and I hate blue cross for making me come here. You can tell they don’t care the moment you walk in. Or even earlier if you try to make an appointment
