Do not. I repeat. Do not go here. Quest is just an absolute disaster. I am in the medical field and it does not take this long to do the things. It's like they purposely go slow so they can avoid work. And closing at 3pm? Are you kidding? And trying to make an appointment is just ridiculous and hard to do it the first place unless you want to call and try to get the robot to understand you. Go to Flagler lab. It's NEVER been a 2 hour wait. And don't walk in because they will purposely go slow to get another appointment patient versus helping the ones who have been sitting here for hours. I don't know how this place is still up and running.

I wish I can give zero stars, this place customer service is worst than horrible. I will not be go back, and will try to avoid Quest as much as possible. My wife visited this place on 17 Feb 2024 and signed in as a walk in. The systems says it will take between 30 and 60 min, but the person taking the test, does not bother in working in the people on the waiting list. Teresa, as a very bad attitude with everyone. She states that her priority is only for the patience with appointments. So after being on the list for over an hour, she told my wife (with a very bad attitute) to leave an come back on Monday since she will not get service today. If you cannot take care of people on the waiting list, then just do not have that option. After my wife steps outside to leave she was called in and taken care by another employee. This not only happened to my wife, there was another patience that was already in the list that was turned away, after registering since Teresa states that she will not deal with any walk in after 10 am. She went as far as turning the light off after this patience left leaving people in a darker waiting room to indicate that they were closed. This is completely unacceptable. Do not offer a service (walk in) if you cannot provide it!Keep away from this horrible service lab if you can avoid. I live 4 minutes away and will prefer to travel than to deal with this bad attitude and service.

This is place is the absolute worst. Customer service is crap and they are more concerned about when their lunch break is than helping a patient. I had my orders ready to go but instead of reading them they handed them back to me and shoved me out the door in a span of 5 minutes. They refuse to be helpful and they are very cut and dry with their patients. Teresa and Diane were extremely rude. Melvin was the only healthcare provider that was helpful. Thank you Melvin

Zero stars. The most dysfunctional systems I've ever dealt with. I can't cancel my appointment with Quest. .1n.... I just keep going in circles with menus. I'm so frustrated

Horrible customer service. No way of making an appointment online. Walked in, waited 3hrs for fasting labs, my son almost fainted. Ridiculous and outrigous. I could understand if there was only one person running the lab but there were 4 people. Noone of the friendly or willing to give information. Wow!!

My doctor thought I could walk-in to Quest anytime. When I arrived, there is nobody to check you in, it's done thru a kiosk. It told me there were no appts available but I could wait and they could try to fit me in. Since I had fasted and driven a long way, I decided I could wait. There were four patients already there. I figured it takes a few minutes per patient even if they have only one technician. Two hours later, with nobody giving us updates, we just sat there dumbly watching people through the glass door, I heard a boy say to an elderly man he was with, and who had been there ahead of me say, "It's been three hours and we're still waiting..." So I left. Wasted morning. Nobody bothers to speak to or update anybody waiting. Maybe they are short-staffed but there were several people back there and I couldn't figure out why they take a few minutes to do a blood test and clear out the waiting room. Maybe the same workers are somehow processing all the lab specimens? And they don't have anybody to collect blood? Seems to make no sense. In just a few minutes a technician could have cleared the waiting room by collecting specimens. But the worst part was a few days later, I got an email telling me my test results were in. I was curious since I'd had no tests. It turns out another person's test results were in my account, all her blood work, name, personal info, etc. I tried to alert Quest online but they make it pretty impossible. When you try to email or chat they require a lab test number, which I didn't have. I was also wanting to make sure my insurance wasn't charged for the other person's test. I won't be back.

I had a great experience at this location. I will say that it is always a better experience when you have an appt instead of being a walk in. Teresa was awesome and made me feel very comfortable. Please remember that the staff is trying their best, and if you are a walk in (and hungry) your experience might be a little influenced by that.

Zero stars. Do not go here. Go anywhere else. I think they had 2 people working, waiting room was filled to the brim. Other people waiting said that the hours+ wait time is very typical.

I HAVE BEEN GOING TO QUEST FOR MANY YEARS. I FOUND THAT LATELY IT HAS REALLY CHANGED!! TIIED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WAS TOLD THEY WERE TWO WEEKS OUT . WALKINS ARE ALLOWED BUT LAST TIME I HAD TO WAIT 2 HOURS TO BE SEEN.SOMETHING IS VERY DIFFERENT LATELY.i CALLED MY DR. AND THEY SAID MANY CUSTOMERS COMPLAINED LATELY WHY NOT TRY LABCORP?FOUND LABCORP NOW IS AN MANY WALGREENS SO I CONTACTED THEM (they actualy answered the phone by a real person, quest doesnt even answer at all)WENT TO WALGREENS THIS MORNING HAD A WODERFUL EXPERIENCE VERY PROFESSIONAL.WALKED RIGHT IN they open at 7am was seen immediately by a very professional lady who 2 minutes later i was donf

lab test titred of being told by quest to wait 2 weeks for an appt contacted my dr office who said many other patients have complained and they sugested labcorp instead. found walgreens advertising walk in no appts at most locations. tried one today in saintaugustine fla. i could not have been happier. no waiting ,opens at 7am took me right in private area very professional ii will neve go back to quest again.

My wife waited 4 hours as a walkin. 4 walkin customers behind her were served first. The staff blamed the sketchy computer system and then told her they, after 4 hours they couldn't take her. She had been fasting. She left in tears, her whole day wasted. They have ZERO empathy. They are rude and have no respect for their patients.What a display of total failure as a medical provider. They should be ashamed.

Bad service, online scheduling is sketchy at best and without an appointment they seem to take delight in making patients (customers) miserable. This was my 3rd attempt to get bloodwork done at this location. Everything is a problem for these people. Truly sets a new standard for how not to run a business. Wouldn't try them again if they were the last lab on the planet :)
