WOW has Publix gotten expensive!!We are from Texas and have not been to Florida for 8 years and when we've visited in the past we've always shopped at Publix. Yes it's a nice supermarket but my goodness $3.49 for a half gallon of milk is ridicules!

Yes the prices are high but it's easy to get in and out fast and every employee makes you feel like you're their best friend.. kind of reminds me of Disney World with the friendliness

Holiday shoppers were busy on the aisles. Staff were busy restocking. Very clean. Cashiers were courteous. "Paper or plastic". Worthwhile experience.

Not the best in St A but not the worst. Currently in the women’s bathroom in the handicap stall the toilet lever has been broken for nearly a month and last time I was in the store I personally told an assistant manager two weeks later still not fixed. Even the staff knows it’s been broken for a long time, and they proceeded to tell me how to jiggle it to get it to flush. Staff isn’t overly welcoming or happy to be working there unlike other stores. This is a very busy Publix nonetheless so I guess they don’t care. There is also not enough people to work customer service in my opinion. There are usually only 3 registers open most is self checkout. The ladies who work that area are always helpful and very kind.

Usually pleased with this store. However, they didn't have several things we're accustomed to buying in our similarly upscale store back home. Also, lack of checkers required me to self checkout a full cart of groceries, not a fun process with lack of space for filled grocery bags.

It’s hard to believe Gabbi at the pharmacy gets away with her terrible rude attitude to paying customers and what is even harder to believe is that she can act that way standing right by ken, the pharmacist and he allows this behavior at his pharmacy.Unbelievable the lack respect these two give to fellow humans.Their parents failed at raising them correctly

I have been shopping at this Publix's location for 15 years. I know most of the personnel and they know me. When I have had any observation about prices, or merchandise, they have always responded respectfully about my concerns.

Ordered a sheet cake with butter cream FROSTING. When we got to funeral reception the cake was sliding apart because they had used WHIPPED ICING instead. IT WAS HUMILIATING!

Always clean with a nice selection of quality products. This store holds up to the high standard that other Publix stores seem to have.

Been going to Publix for years, this location has really gone downhill. Staff treatment at times borderlines flat out rude to paying customers? Products mis marked then when you ask customer service for assistance you have a 50/50 chance of being treated with respect? I heard one customer being told “ You need to learn how to read the signs”? Really. No thanks! There are many choices out there to shop at. Upper management needs to take notice and don’t rely on all the friends etc.writing some bogus reviews in order to obtain good scores.

Sister just went to get a wrap at the deli and was laughed at when she told the lady she had a severe gluten allergy and asked her to please change her gloves. The lady proceeded to cross contaminate by using the same knife and cutting board as everything else. I understand the stigma around gluten, but allergies should be taken seriously no matter what they are and laughing at anyone for having them or for trying to avoid serious health issues is outrageous. Please make sure those who handle food are properly trained.
