Had a great experience with Travis and team. It was easy for me to make a next-day appointment. The job before mine was completed earlier than planned, so he contacted me for availability and they were able to start about 30 minutes early.My vehicle was not in the worst shape, but definitely had its share of dirt and leaves...inside and out... After 3 days of calls & finally got a time set. Never showed or returned 4 calls. Next day at 9am called & was told he went out of town last night. Lousy business practices but sooo glad I found out character - avoid!! DO NOT USE please

Ive used Lawrence and Pro Shine for a couple of years now to detail my truck and my wife’s car as well as a couple of company vehicles. He does a great job and is very friendly, polite and honest. Just picked my car from the shop and it turned out AMAZING. Travis was available right away, the car was ready in a timely manner and it pretty much looks brand new again. This will be my car detailer from now on. Also the establishment was so clean and in a great location.
