Pilot is where it's at! They combine their rewards program with "Flying J". Not only do you get gas at a good price but you also get discounts at the register on purchased items. Pilot is the best for road trips. Their travel centers have large restrooms, showers, hot food, restaurant attached, so much more.

There's no doubt operating a business of this type 24/7 can be challenging especially when the products dispensed are oily, greasy and just outright dirty, when you add in that the bulk of the products are liquid it can be a real struggle to keep up with the house keeping side of the business. The diesel islands are pretty disgusting and neglected and the lack of preventive maintenance required to ensure all the equipment is maintained and operational but at the very least clean is irresponsible. I understand the clientele here is more concerned about the prices than they are about avoiding making a mess after all this is a truck stop and most probably will never return here again. For those that frequently visit this Travel Center its got to be a little frustrating. The spilled diesel fuel is not only a mess for those that have to try to avoid it so it's not tracked everywhere including inside the store and your personal vehicle it's also an environmental problem since the rain washes it into the storm water system. This is definitely a result of people (customers) not caring and lack any sense of responsibility but also a store management problem. Although this place is super busy there are some opportunities to pick up the trash and power wash the areas around the fuel islands This is a systemic problem across the industry, the differences between the conditions here and a truck that does it right falls directly on the shoulders of the management team. When fueling instructions for a diesel rig includes the need to wear gloves and having a spare pair of old shoes, wet wipes and plastic bags to storage those fueling shoes in to keep the mess and strong odors out of your vehicle it shows the industry recognizes the conditions of these diesel fuel stops across the country and this has become a generally accepted practice. It's not all bad here the staff was friendly and the prices are competitive, but there are plenty of opportunity for improvements.

Clean bathroom. Fresh brewed coffees - even fresh brewed decaf. It was great to not have to drink decaf that was made hours ago. Staff was helpful.
