When I called around to see who carried a particular drug that my daughter need and no one could get it sooner than 2-3 weeks Julia said they could have it for me the very next day. I was shocked. So I moved all my prescriptions to them and been happy ever since. Julia is always very pleasant with me and always have what I need. Katie is just as AWESOME and is always happy as well. “Again, Island Pharmacy came through with handling a situation that would have taken me several phone calls to handle. My GP changed a medication from generic to a brand name, but I had already received a 90-day supply of the generic so my insurance would not cover the brand name until the date specified for reorder. Plus, Island could not access the brand name my GP ordered. Summer got my insurance to cover the brand name and my GP to put through a new order for a brand name that Island offers. Summer is such a delight. Smart young woman, efficient and pleasant. And I love supporting a local pharmacy. Island has a convenient drive up window, free delivery and always answer the phone! Kudos to Island Pharmacy, again!”

“Friday evening 8/23/24 I called the pharmacy because A loved one wanted to be picked up from a rehab center in Orange Park when we left they refused to give her any of her medication. She is 65 with Parkinson’s! I spoke to Nathan. He unfortunately was unable to help her with medication but he cared so much he gave me a few alternatives. He really showed concern. To be good at your job and have a heart for others, I feel is a rare quality to find in people nowadays. CVS is lucky to have found this gentleman. I’m sure he will go far! ( may have gotten his name wrong if I did I’m so so sorry when I called the store to ask the girl was definitely not as nice!)”

“I pretty much know where everything is, but I can get help quickly if needed. I loved that a Walgreens opened close to me a number of years ago and I have been a loyal customer since. I can get what I want at a reasonable price, there are good discounts/ BOGOs, and I rack up the points that translate into money off the total bill at check out. The pharmacists are also excellent! I love being able to call some of the associates by name and knowing they truly care about their customers.”
