The only reason this store is even rated at a 4.4 is because of the fantastic work the grooming salon does. Good Job ladies for paving the way. There's barely any freshwater fish. Not to mention saltwater is almost non existent and this is the only store for miles that sales saltwater fish. There's barely any small animals or reptiles. Like I said if it wasn't for the fantastic work of the grooming salon this store wouldn't even stay afloat let alone still be in business.

I went to Petco to purchase mice for my son's boa constrictor and was helped by an amazing young lady by the name Delilah. Although she was young, she was extremely informative and went above and beyond to assist us. She was friendly, funny, and very knowledgeable. Then we were checked out by a great guy named James who made our experience even better. This staff is wonderful and I cannot recommend them enough!

This petco, is trash. Corporate money grab, dogs are not the priority. You can check the petco subreddit that has employees complaining about them having to sell a certain package and if not they worry for their jobs, and various other problems. Go to an independent groomer. I’m sure not all petcos are this way, but this one seems to be. Look up VCP on the petco subreddit earlier as stated.
Couldn’t even order a certain brand of dog food for a co-worker once, due to lack of knowing whether it could even be done or not.

I had to go to petco today but I purposely went to this location to see if the reviews are true, in my experience they're not! Staff was very polite and checked in on me to help me find what I was looking for. The store was clean, well stocked and organized. All animals I saw (mammals and reptiles) had clean cages, fresh food with appropriate diet, were active and/or actively eating, and looked healthy!
