I have to give a complete shout out to Jose’ @ Otero Auto Repair. This guy was the friendliest, knowledge, most helpful person I have spoken with in some time. He was quick to diagnose the problems with my Jeep, offered several solutions and eventually fixed it quickly, and at a cost MUCH lower than I expected. If you need a good, honest mechanic, talk to Jose’ or I’m sure anyone else at Otero Auto Repair. They are located easily in Saint Augustine, Fl. Even if you live a few miles away, the small amount you will pay in gas and time, will be MORE than worth it. Thank you sir, for showing me that there are still good people, and great, honest mechanics in this world. You have a customer for quite some time. I am sincerely grateful.

Jose made two appointments with me and missed each one costing me three hours of my time. He didn't call or text me back that he couldn't show up, even after the second appointment when he said that he would call me if he was unable to make it. So, I took my car somewhere else and within 90 mins. I had a diagnosis with the parts ordered. He could have made $2500.00 from me. He missed that chance I guess. A friend highly recommended Jose to me...too bad.
