Zach helped get our family on the road after a breakdown.
He let us use the code scanner and borrow some tools in order to make our repairs.
Also a young man helped us get some proprietary bolts off of the engine covers in order to do the repair..
Truly a great team at O'Reilly's.

Zachary and another fellow working this morning were very helpful in getting our family back on the road. We traveled as a family to St Augustine in 2 vehicles. 1 vehicle was having trouble for our drive back home. They helped us find the right tools as the vehicle had a security bolt. Also, we were able to use the store scanner to see what was wrong. All in all, the friendly knowledgeable employees helped make a stressful situation less stressful and we are back on the road. Thank you!

Took a battery there to have it tested, they were very quick to get a tester and come out to my vehicle. The gentleman tested it and said, "It's to low for this one to read it, I need to put it on the machine inside, it will take a hour or so, you can check back with me then and I'll know how it's reading. There was NO CHARGE for this service either. He was very friendly, fast and professional. It's was a great experience, especially nowadays, when there are more and more people who don't have any respect. This young man dose and it was nice to be respected and appreciated. You just earned a new return custome.. THANK YOU

When my Check Engine light came on I stopped at the store to see if someone could help me. Jeremiah grabbed a scanner and went out to my car. He read the code and suggested I check my gas cap, taking it off and putting it back on tightly. MY LIGHT WENT OFF like magic! Thanks for the quick fix. It's great to have knowledgeable and helpful people at a local store. Highly recommend O"Reilly auto parts in St Augustine.

Stopped in for a few things on Saturday and had the pleasure of meeting and working with Telisha. Among other things I needed windshield wipers for my Subaru. She went above and beyond helping me get the right wiper blades and installing them and then made sure they worked right. What a pleasure it is to work with someone who knows what customer service really means. This will be my go to store from now on!! Thank you Telisha!!

Two months ago, coming back from Disney World, my car decides its time for a new radiator. I called around and O'Reilly could get the part the fastest. Brian, was super helpful and got everything I needed at a great price. Put the radiator in on the side of the highway and was able to drive all the way home back to Charleston. Thanks Brian and O'Reilly!
