I went in today July 4th to get a battery for my 2013 Camaro. I thought the battery I had purchased at O'Reilly some years ago for the vehicle was probably out of warranty, and expected to have to purchase a new one. The store manager Michael Schultz greeted me as I walked in the store, looked up my purchase of he battery years ago, and said 'no problem we will replace it for free'. FREE. They did not charge me a dime and I walked out with a brand new replacement. What a super pleasant surprise - first they were open on a holiday, then I was attended to by the Store Manger who was very pleasant, and then I was given a replacement at no charge! Highly recommend this store.

My family was on our way to Port Canaveral from South Carolina to get on a cruise. I came into O'Reilly because I needed advice on a loud rattling noise in the engine (I am not a car guy). Bob helped me understand the problems (bearing in the water pump were very loose) and he recommended I call Jim from Car Tech just down the road. Bob was right and Jim did a great job on the replacement of the water pump. We were able to get a rental van from Enterprise for the rest of the way - but it started with Bob's great service, kindness, and knowledge. Thank you, Bob at O'Reilly, you saved our vacation and cruise!

I’ve been doing business with Oreillys for years because of their customer service. Today I decided to finally change my coolant reservoir because it’s been leaking and I’ve used a ton of coolant to keep it filled. Gabriel helped me from start to finish, this young man went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get back on the road. He even went as far as assisting me with taking off a piece I wasn’t strong enough to get off myself. Thank you, Gabriel you are truly amazing!!! Needless to say I will continue to due business with this company.

The best auto part store experience of my Life. Yall, I'm ready to move to Florida because of this store. Micheal and his crew helped me in my families time of need.
On our travel to Port Canaveral our alternator crapped out....along with other components. These gentleman went above and beyond to help us in our time of need.
Long story short....the vehicle is getting towed to a repair shop and we got a rental to complete our journey.
Thank you again Micheal and Crew!!!!

Wonderful customer service! The staff (William) really went out of his way to help us find the wrench size we needed, and even helped strap down our rooftop cargo in a better way, which lasted 2,500 mile trip.

i’m sorry in advance if i get these names wrong. but tinner and frankie are amazing people. are extremely patient and kind people. i live all the way in jacksonville but im in st. augustine fixing my sisters boyfriends car. so i was using this part store for my parts. and from now on i will drive from jacksonville to this store. amazing night shift team.
